Supply and fixing of LED highbay downlight luminaries, IP65,, having minimum lumen output of 8250 lm, system efficacy not less than 110 lumen/watt, control driver with more than 4kV surge suppressor, made up of pressure die cast aluminum alloy housing with toughened glass/tempered protective custom moulded poly carponate diffuser fixed to the housing with SS screws, powered by built in potted, isolated electronic LED driver, suitable to operate on single phase, 50HZ AC supply i/c. provision og suitable clamps, interconnection with 3Cx2.5 PVC insulated flexible copper cable with PVC gland as per site condition, including providing poly carbonate loop-in & loop-out box with 16 Sq.mm connected. meeting with requirements specified in the technical specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 60 KVA UPS rated high performance IGBT based PWM technology (three phase Input & three phase Output) online UPS system suitable for input and output parameters as per input THDI < 3%, input power factor <0.99, output power factor 0.9 to 1.0, efficiency 95%, True Online Double Conversion (VFI SS 111 as per IEC 62040-3) ,3 phase input (415 V ± 10% , 50 Hz ± 5% ), and three phase output (415 V ± 3%, 50 Hz ± 1%) with 30 minutes battery backup. The UPS shall have Galvanic Isolation Transformer Inbuilt/External K13 rated copper Wound (After Static Switch) transformer. The UPS shall be made of MS sheet 2mm thick, provided in powder coated fan cooled enclosure painted in colour as per specifications. The UPS shall be suitable for normal, emergency, recharge, by-pass and maintenance mode including bypass arrangement. The Static Bypass Module should be 100% fully rated and suitable terminal box for cables entry from top. The UPS shall have a microprocessor based display and control panel with protections, inbuilt pase reversal protection, Digital Display to monitor & control the various Parameter, Inbuilt static bypass module at the bypass line. Complete system must be provided as per specifications approved drawing and as per site requirement including inter connecting cables from battery to UPS, UPS to panel with single core copper cabling etc. UPS shall work on parallel/ hot redundancy mode, cost of supporting kit shall be included. supports for complete system as approved by the Engineer in charge complete in all respect.

Execution of items of schedule of rates CPWD DSR-2022 of internal electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations as per the special Terms and Conditions in addition to General Terms and Conditions of Contract as required. The bidder shall quote the rate for 01 (one) job corresponding to the value of Rs.15,00,000/- (Ex.GST) in INR only and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly. Note: The rate provided in DSR 2022 is inclusive of GST @12%, however the contractor has to quote the amount in rate column, excluding GST, the payment shall be made to contractor as mentioned in special conditions of tender document.

OUTDOOR UNITS "Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of air cooled variable refrigerant flow modular type outdoor units, each comprising of energy efficient multiple scroll compressors, topping up of R410A refrigerant gas and all accessories as per the specifications. The condensing units shall be suitable to work on cooling as well as heating mode. The condensing units shall be suitable for operation on 415 ±10% volts, 50Hz, 3 phase AC power supply and complete with auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, etc. The outdoor units shall be low noise type. INDOOR UNITS Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following type of Indoor Units for variable refrigerant Volume/ flow airconditioning system suitable for 220 ± 10 % volt, 50 Hz, 1 phase AC supply equipped with pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan, multispeed motor, coil section, internally insulated outer cabinet, insulated drain pan, insulation, pipe connections etc. complete with PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor electric wire upto 1.5 metre length & sockets etc. as per m specifications and as required. 3.3 TR Ceiling Mounted Type 4-way Cassette Unit with cordless remote control, drain pump complete with fittings etc

Refrigerant Piping Supply & Installation of interconnecting 28.6 mm dia with 19 mm thick insulation (As per Specifications) of one end expanded refrigerant copper pipe work of following outer diameter, insulated with 19/13 mm thick insulation (as per Specifications) between each set of indoor & outdoor units with outer mechanical protection of aluminium cladding for all exposed pipes as per specification. All piping inside the room shall be properly fixed/supported with suitable size of clamp/M/S. hanger and all external piping shall run in M.S. painted cable tray (separate item) etc. as reqd.
