Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface on walls and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of chalk whiting complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of ceilling applying three coat white wash complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of wall by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white lime wash on prepared surfaces of wall, cornices, etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on the wall, pillars, cornices, etc. upto height of double storey buildings complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces of walls, cornices etc. (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down, steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc, upto height of double storey buildings including necessary scaffolding and applying one coat of acrylic distemper on wall surface etc., complete, all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / unplastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white lime wash on prepared surfaces of ceiling etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) using appropriate technique as approved by EIC for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface of walls, pillars, cornices, etc., filling all holes and cracks with white cement based wall care putty and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The quoted rate include cement base painting on walls, pillars, chajjas, cornices, etc. upto 7.5 metre height or double storey.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) using appropriate technique as approved by EIC for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface of walls, pillars, cornices, etc., and applying two coats of acrylic distemper with painting roller over a coat of primer over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any number of layers) on brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of alkaline resistant primer with painting roller over and including 1 to 2 mm thick wall care putty white cement based in one or two coats to achieve smooth surfaces, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note- The quoted rate include exterior acrylic emulsion paint on walls, pillars, chajjas, etc. upto 7.5 metre height or double storey.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un–reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B–0 as in sub base floor (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles, double charged,1st quality,(square/ rectangular), 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm and not exc 0.65 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified tiles, double charged,, 1st quality, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 23 above but 100mm to 200mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality with highlighter or as approved pattern by GE in vertical surfaces /skirtings /dados of size 300x450 x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial No. 27 here in before but except bricks (the old serviceable bricks as obtained from serial item No 26 here in before shall be used the rates includes removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc), complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Forming jambs in Cement mortar 1:4 , etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existingwork, complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for granite (of any type) tiles 16–18mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations and including making holes for gas pipes or WHB outlet /inlet complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish ,complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm and removing from site , complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description area exc 1 sqm and not exc 2 sqm each and refixing in the same opening, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. S&F in repair stainless steel towel ring round between flanges including fixing with brass screws complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe for wash hand basin /Kitchen sink etc. of standard length as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds and steel window frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour sheet glass 3.00mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 03mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary type and glazing with aluminium beading, rubber packing or oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour sheet glass 4.8mm thick tinted quality and glazing with aluminium snap beading, rubber gasket in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane , complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 4.8mm thick frosted sheet glass ordinary type and glazing with aluminium beading, rubber packing or oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair stainless steel wire cloths 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in repair stainless steel curtain rod 25mm dia, chromium plated having wall thickness 1.6mm fixed with and including decorative stainless steel brackets ,stop roller and glass at the end etc complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Disconnecting existing water tanks of capacity 1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) & cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from in side of PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe & writing date on cleaning on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 200mm long and 20mm wide of words and reconnecting and refixing of the tank in position to make it operational, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (i) The unit rate shall be included cost of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union, etc. (ii) The whole process of reconnecting and refixing in position after cleaning/after carrying out water proofing treatment shall be done on the same day to ensure uninterrupted water supply to the occupant, if failing so, Rs. 200/– shall be deducted for each tank per day from the contractor due.

Supply and fixing continuous (piano) hinges, width of flaps 30mm (when open) mild steel bright finish or electro galvanished complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr–in–charge.

Supply and fixing 100mm hasp and staple, safety type, brass with mild steel hinge pin including bolt to hinge plate and fixed with screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer–in–Charge.

Dismantling of boarding of any description and in any position of any size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing CP brass wall mixture 3–in–1 system for mixing hot and cold water suitable for 15mm bore pipe complete with 115 mm long bend pipe, connecting legs & wall flange as in repair, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of single piece water closet with PP soft close seat cover, hinges, fixing accessories and accessories set, cistern fittings, S or P Trap complete fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CERA Cat part No.S1013209 or equivalent makes mentioned in list of make attached as Appendix ‘B’ of CA.

Supplying & fixing as in repair for stainless steel plate rack made out of 0.63mm thick stainless steel of grade SS304 of size 600mmx750mm x 200mm complete and fixing with rawl plug and steel screws complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs, stainless steel 304 grade wall mounted towel rack with lower hanging towel hooks of size 600 mm long and 250mm wide complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 18mm thick (Minimum density 600kg/Cum) of both side plain white colour, fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen /bed rooms cabinet sides top and bottom and shelves inside the cabinets complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing for LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply 18mm thick (Minimum density 600kg/Cum) of single side rigid lamination of approved colour and other side plain white colour, fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make kitchen cabinet shutters and shelves complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing for 12mm thick LEAD FREE PVC Celuka ply (Minimum density 600kg/Cum) of fixed with stainless steel screws, solvent cement /adhesive to make wall mount kitchen cabinet back and pull out drawer sides complete as per manufacturer’s specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge.

Supply and fixing stainless steel 304 grade wire basket cutlery of size 370 x 485mm premium quality fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–Charge. Make : HETTICH, KAFF, GLEN, HARRISON and GODREJ.

Supply and fixing for stainless steel 304 grade wire basket (average weight 2.5 to 4 Kg per Basket) of pull out type like plain /cup & saucer /bottle /multi purpose /2–3 shelf basket etc for kitchens of required size fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.
