Plain cement concrete M 15 grade using 40,20 & 10mm metal mechanically mixed in substructure complete as per drawings and technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2200 MORTH

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 15 mm thick on brickwork/sone masonry in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 MORD

Providing concrete for reinforced concrete M 20 grade (Design Mix) in open foundations using 20 & 10 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD/ 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub- base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD.

Construction of plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.22 M20(Grade), coarse and fine agregates conforming to IS:383 maximum size of coarse agregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using plate vibrator and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.22

Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement 100mm to 200mm thick
