Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. -All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. -All kinds of soil

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc. with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level:

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcementA. All work upto plinth level: i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, 2.036 cum 11,791.90 24008.00 INR Twenty Four Thousand &Eight Only plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto floor five level. i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars/ Cold twisted deformed steel bars

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc.and removal of form work for: a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank.

ii) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with M.S. shutters

iii) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with shuttering ply

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete. In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ).

Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required i) In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete.

Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & plants, as required and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix i) In cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix i) In cement mortar 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

6 mm cement plaster of mix : i) In cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand )

Neat cement punning.

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed: -All kinds of soil

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres as per direction of the of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying brick on edge soling layer on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and cross-section shown on the drawing, filling joints with sand, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412.

Providing and laying brick edging on prepared subgrade according to lines, grades and cross-section shown on the drawing, filling joints with Earth, free from clay with a Plasticity Index not exceeding 6, watering and rolling the same with three wheeled road roller 80-100 kN as per MoRD Technical Specification Clause 412
