S&F coloured 0.50 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based trapezoid profile steel sheet having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws with bitumen washer to truss members of any material, including taking down the old unserviceable fitting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The work shall be done at the height upto 15 meters from ground.

(The measurement shall be carried out as in a plain sheet). Note : The work shall be done at the height upto 15 meters from ground.

(Note:- MS work shall be measured and paid separately). Note : The work shall be done at the height upto 15 meters from ground.

S&F in repair for plain fillets. square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or brads using second class wrought HW sec area exc 13 Sqcm but not exc 25 Sqcm including taking down of framed work complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L in repair for second class HW scantalling, wrought, in any position for framed work , jointing with necessary nails, nut bolts etc including necessary supports for truss structure complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping, of grid size 600 x 600 mm comprising of wall/ cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35 mm and corss tee of size 24x38x0.70 mm with 4 mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 4 mm thick decorative pre-painted non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/ wooden truss of any type including dismantling of existing false ceiling boards, including taking down the old unserviceable fitting all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make:- Eternit, Everest or equivalent)

S&F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate including taking down the Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path /steps laid with and incl use and waste of form work and finishing the surface even and rough to receive the topping layer or tiling complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair for expanded metal not exceeding 4 Kg per square metre, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub-class "B" old size bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) including dismantling of existing brick work built in cement mortar including taking down the old brick work all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering/plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down the old plaster all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering on brick/ stone/ concrete surfaces of of wall in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including taking down the old plaster all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
