Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material, soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 design mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, plinth beams, base of column etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings and similar work vertical for rough finished flats etc. all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel work such as joist, channel, angle or tee section fixing independently without connecting plates, cut to ordinary length conforming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix mild steel work as in grill, guard bars, grating. gates, tie band, fillets for eaves board, wicket gates, clading and similar wks, incl cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes etc incl all necessary drilling bolting rivetting etc incl all fillets conforming to Fe 410 W quality B Gde-E-250 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide or zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work such as ladders, walkways, railings etc with angle iron, channels, steel hollow sections or other section confirming to Grade E-250, Fe 410 W quality B including cutting to shape as directed drilling holes, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE for Item Nos.13 to 15: The work shall be carried out in Hangars at a height of 10 to 16M ground ground level and the rate quoted shall be inclusive of necessary scafolding, staging work and all security measures to the work men.

Supply and fix 1.6mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC bird proofing net of premium quality, aperture of mesh 24mmx24mm and thickness of mesh 2mm, weighing not less than 0.40Kg per square metre, fixed with self tapping screws or clips fixed to MS frame work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS frame work shall be measured and paid sepaeately.

Supply and fix structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer of 6mm thick MS sheeting etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1979 grade St.-240 all as specified and as directed.
