Dismantling/taking down of old unserviceable HT 4 Pole structure with cross arms, earthing etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling/taking down of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling/taking down of steel earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span including stay wire, nuts, bolts etc any size /section complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of concrete poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of insulators any type, any size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing, testing, commissioning and desiging of non extensible SF 6 gas insulated 7 way 11 KV ring main unit, outdoor type with gas tank IP 67 protection & outdoor enclosure – IP 54 Protection with 1 No 11 KV vacuum circuit breaker for incoming and 06 Nos VCB for outgoing shall be nominal voltage 12 KV 630 Amp, 21 KA/3s. The complete switch gear shall be tested for internal arc of 21 KA FLR for 1 Second. HT Compartment - (Circuit Breaker) -I/C feeder & O/G feeder (i) This function - unit consists of a vacuum circuit breaker in combination with a three position switch. The three position switch fulfills the operation of the disconnector function and the earthing function. The circuit breaker unit is equipped with an over current time released for the protection.

(i) VCB 12 KV 630 Amp, 21 KA. (ii) Stored energy mechanism for manual operation with integrated earthing switch. (iii) Self powered electronic numerical protection relay providing over current and earth fault protection. (iv) Ring core current transformer for protection & metering as per specification CT Dual core ratio 100/50/5 Amp-01 No for incoming and 50/25/5 Amp- 05 Nos for outgoing, CIass-1.0 accuracy for metering & 5 P 10 for protection, burden - 2.5 VA (v) Capacitive voltage indication fixed type - LCD display. (vi) ON, OFF, Trip indication on the front mimic of the panel. (vii) Cable box for termination of cable up to 300 Sqmm. (viii) Cable cover standard. (ix) Emergency trip push button. (x) Digital multifunction meter to measure Amp, Volt, Frequency, PF, KWh & KVAR. (xi) Operation counter. (xii) Shunt trip coil - 24 Volt DC. (xiii) Set of 12 KV right angled cable boots (terminal protector) (xiv) Operation voltage - 11 KV. (xv) Rated lightening withstand - 75 KV. (xvi) Copper Bus bar - 630 Amp. (xvii) 2x12 volt battery with battery charger for motor operation (xviii) Space heater with thermostat.

Note for item No 9.00 to 10.00 : - (i) The rate for making foundation for RMU of size as per recommendation by manufacturer and the cost of excavation, brick work, concrete etc shall be included in the quoted rate. The drawing for foundation as per manufacturer design & shall be approved by GE. (ii) The drawings in respect of RMU/VCB shall be approved Accepting Officer & RMU / VCB shall also be tested at factory premises before dispatch .The testing and commissing of the VCB shall be carried out in presence of Electrical Inspector.

NOTES for item No. 15.00 to 17.00 : (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than Jan 2020. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length. (iv) The contractor shall produce original purchase vouchers duly machine numbered alongwith excise duty gate pass of factory for verification and record. (v) Cable shall be tested in the presence of Rep of Accepting officer at factory premises prior to despatch and also after laying in the trenches & before returning filling in the trenches.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HVP type-1 with peak, size 300mmx180mmx40mm, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour GI pipe 100 mm bore , light grade as in trenches, under road,under floor, fixed to wall with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made from 40x3 mm size flat iron including nuts,bolts & washers or along the pole with fixing arrangement etc for cable protection complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32mm x 6mm upto 7.5 mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade including protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation & earthwork in soft/losse soil and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion on site complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at No extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

Supply, installation & fixing factory made, HT feeder pillar box, cubical, water proof, vermin proof, powder coated painted of size 1200x1200x1200mm, out door type with front and rear opening with locking arrangement, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet supported on 50x50x6mm thick angle iron frame and grouted in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, of block and 50 cm above ground level, fitted with and including HT 11 KV base type insulations on and including fitting with suitable size of MC and HT 11 KV aluminium bus bars three phase system hyaving provn for cable gland for incoming 01 No and 01 out going cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Necessary earthwork and PCC included in quoted rates. (ii) Feeder pillar shall be approved by GE

An amount Rs. 80890.00 shall be deducted from quoted amount against Sch of credit. Refer tender documents for credit schedule.
