Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 20mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @ 200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respects Note -The milled bituminous material miminum 80% of total milled Qty shall be taken of RMR

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing, dry brick work {HSR 8.5 (i)}

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth-earth-work undressed with a combined lead upto 15 metres including breaking of clods. (HSR 6.2b) , and re-compact the same including laying , dressing, watering & rolling as per HSR 6.2 g-i, g-iii & g-v.

Preparation of sub grade including trenching, rough dressing of spoil, final dressing of earth, to given levels and camber, watering, rolling with road roller, and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note:-In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing and laying 150mm thick granular sub base consisting of filter layer confirming to Table 400.1 Grading-III of MoRT&H 5th edition, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mix material to the site of work, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve desired density complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications. Note: - 1.Only crushed metal material should be used. No local earth sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer in writing

Providing and laying 100mm thick Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub –Base Construction of dry lean Cement Concrete M-10 sub base over a prepared sub grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 the size if course aggregate not exceeding 25 mm aggregate cement ratio not to be exceed 15:1 aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1of MoRT&H specification (5th edition) cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than as 10 MPA at 7 days mixed in the batching plant transported to site laid with a paver compacting with 5-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of MoRT&H specification (5th edition ) 2013. Note: - If cement contents are required more than 150 Kg. per cum to achieve strengthening it will be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.

Providing and laying 230mm cement concrete of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ minimum 360 Kg. per cum, coarse and fine aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and MoRT&H specification No.602. 5th edition 2013 (NS) Note: - Minimum cement contents shall be 360 Kg. per cum of concrete. If job mix formula required more it shall be incidental to work and nothing shall be payable on this account.

Manufacturing supply and laying of precast cement block (0.45x0.30x0.15m) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320 Kg. /per cum with digital batching plant dully compacted with hydraulic machine including setting in posotion over 25mm fine sand bed prepared and filling up the joints with fine sand and digital batching plant (N.S)

Construction of embankment, sub grade and shoulders for maintenaning formation width of 7.32 mtr.portion atRD 0.00 to 2.53 Km. soil of minimum CBR (4 days soaked) of 8% obtained from borrow area with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section approved by employerwith respect to GTS. At no place top of sub grade of raised road will be less than 0.90 m above adjoining NSL. NSL for a block of 100m will be worked as mean of 6 levels taken on 20 m center to center length of road. These six levels are at three location on both side one at edge ROW. Other at 5 m and 10 m away from ROW. In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 10814.78cum. Then actual quantity (less than 10814.78cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 10814.78 cum, then only 10814.78cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8% shall be constructed at each location. Wherever any cutting of existing subgrade is required on this account excavation as well as handling and disposal of earthwork to accommodate minimum 500mm thick subgrade of minimum 8% CBR shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Before start of work, L-section shall be got approved from the employer with respect to GTS.However, typical X-section attached at section 9 of DNIT. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC –SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land.

Extra work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around mansonry, in 15cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30meters (HSR 6.6)

Centering and shuttering for faces of walls, partitions, retaining walls, well steining and the like (vertical or battering) including attached pilasters, buttresses etc (HSR.9.5)

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size in foundation & plinth (HSR 10.32)

From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS : 1732. Wastage, overlaps, coupling, welded joints space bars, chairs, stay, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement)(NS)

Making and filling expansion joints, with bituminous filler (bitumen 40 percent, asbestos 5 percent and sand 55 percent), 12mm wide. (HSR.24.34)

Providing, lowering, cutting, jointing and testing 600mm dia RCC pipe Class NP-3 as per IS 458-2003 with Spigot and socketed joints manufactured with ISI marked Sulphate Resistance Cement as per ISI 12330 with rubber rings ISI marked , antitermite as required at site , into trenches, for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignments, gradients and levels including dressing and trimming and cutting of concrete beds and sides of trenches , if required , Jointing with rubber rings in trenches and jointing with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and with end dowels filled with 1:1 ½ cement sand mortar and finishing the joints at angle of 45 degree with faces of spigot of socket joints cutting and finishing the cut surface to a uniform finish etc. as fully described in (HSR item No 29.38,29.44,29.45 & 29.46) including cartage , loading and unloading complete in all respects. Providing & fixing Reinforced cement concrete village boards 1.85 x 0.90 x 0.075 mtr with CC 1:2:4 including cost of steel and 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:4, loading and unloading carriage at site of work, fixing at site in cement concrete 1:4:8 and painting sign boards with synthetic enamel paint two coat complete in all respect as per drawing and design (NS).

Providing and fixing retro reflective hazard marker conforming to IRC 79 : 1981 of size 900 x 300 mm with back support of M.S angle 25 x 25 x 3 mm and post of 80 mm dia having 1.6 mm thickness duly painted, 1500 mm high embedded into 0.3 x 0.3 x 0.3 m M20 grade concrete as per site requirements, using non metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC: 67- 2012 type IV specification fixed on 3 mm thick aluminum composite material sheet as base having 0.5 mm thick aluminum on both sides.

Recovery Item The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- Good Brick @ Rs. 4.50/ Each

Brick bats @ Rs. 400.00 / cum Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price
