Servicing Vacuum Circuit Breakers of 3.3kV panel in NP MCC at FACT-CD, Ambalamedu.
Servicing 3.3kV breakers: The scope of work includes servicing 3.3kV, 1250A, Schneider make HWX-S type Vacuum Circuit Breakers in NP plant. The contractor shall supply new spacers for closing/ tripping springs and replace the existing spacers with new one. The work also includes checking breaker NO/NC contacts, spring charging limits, lubrication, testing the operations and handing over.
Supply and installation of control socket and plugs: The scope of work includes supply of 64 pin control socket and plug suitable for one incomer/feeder compartment of 3.3kV, 1250A, Schneider make HWX switchboard, disconnection of existing socket/plug and installation of new one, terminating the existing control wires in new socket and plug and testing the operation of the breaker. The contractor shall arrange Male insert, female insert, plug pin and socket pins required for successful completion of the work. Male insert and female insert shall be rated for 10A,250V rating. Plug pin and socket pin shall be silver coated and suitable for 1.5Sq.mm control wire. Existing wiring harness can use for successful completion of the work.

Male insert and female insert shall be rated for 10A,250V rating. Plug pin and socket pin shall be silver coated and suitable for 1.5Sq.mm control wire.
Supply of spare Nylon wheels: The scope of work includes supply of Nylon wheels suitable for 3.3kV, 1250A, Schneider make HWX-S type Vacuum Circuit Breaker.
Supply of spare Closing Coil: The scope of work includes supply of spare closing coil (110V DC) for 3.3kV, 1250A, Schneider make HWX-S type Vacuum Circuit Breaker.
Supply of spare Tripping Coil: The scope of work includes supply of spare tripping coil (110V DC) for 3.3kV, 1250A, Schneider make HWX-S type Vacuum Circuit Breaker.
