Taking down carefully of any type flame proof wiring (light, socket or power) with complete fitting such as flame proof switch, sockets etc with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully of any type flame proof sub main wiring including old unserviceable ERW steel conduit etc with the existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring in storage acommodation with PVC insulated 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor cable, FRLS,1100 volt grade drawn in and including surface mounted stove enamelled steel conduit not less than 20 mm dia with and including flame proof bends and elbows, couplers, bell mouth reducer except junction box all as per relevent IS , fixed with solid baked distance saddles and elevated MS spacer plates fixed with nettle fold GI screws along with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 1100 Volt grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, complete all as specified and as directed for the following: (a) One light point Flame proof controlled by one rotory switch/MCB.

Supply and fixing flame proof ON/Off rotory type switch with termination box in LM6, 16A , single pole, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing flame proof/weather proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6, cable termination box , 16 A 240 Volts 2 pin and earth plug fully interlocked suitable for installation in hazardous as per IS-2147/62 aluminium alloy/cost iron neoprene gasket degree of protection IP-65 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for submain wiring with two runs of PVC insulated 1100 volts graded multistranded, copper coductor of size 6 Sqmm cable single core with earth continuity conductor cable of same description of 6 Sqmm cable drawn in and including Steel conduit, complete all as specified and directed. Note :Two runs of cable and one run of earth continiuty conductor including steel conduit shall be measured as one unit.

Supply & fixing flame proof cum weatherproof LED light fitting of 120 Watt compress body, made in die cast aluminium housing luminaire, heat and impact resistant, toughend 'A' clear glass cemented to cast aluninuuim, retaining ring fixed to main body , mounted on MS galvanised iron cradle and base plate for rotating in horizontal and vertical planes, luminaire is provided with LED , and control driver, connector etc complete with all accessories, main connector suitable up to 6 Sqmm FRLS incoming cable and earthing terminals and fixing at convenient location complete all including dismantling the old light fitting any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing TPN DB 4 way flame proof (Enclouser size 420 x 420 x 250mm) lighting distribution panel complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories:- -MCCB 4 pole 63 Amp 25 KA - 01 Nos as incoming -MCB 1 pole SP 10 Amps - 12 Nos as outgoing with complete internal bus bar & wiring upto terminals.

Supply, laying and connecting, LT UG cable XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/on poles/walls/in ducts/passing through pipes etc including jointing materials such as cable glands, lugs etc of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Factory test of the cable shall be carried out in presence of the rep of Accepting Officer as detailed by Accepting Officer and contractor is required to submit purchase vouchers, e-way bill and test certificate while claiming payment of LT cables against Sl item No 10 & 11. The contractor will arrange the testing at factory premises and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable LT Panles any type any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable PVC insulated underground cable armoured, heavy duty with aluminium conductors of any size, 1100V grade from trench/duct/pole/wall/pipes/rooftops etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separetely.

Taking up/down worn out/damaged/unserviceable TPN DB 4 way any type any size. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying cables, pipe, walls shafts, manholes not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out, in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punned thickness of 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for Brick protection with sub class "B" bricks (old size) laid dry, flat in trenches over cable with longest dimension perpendicular to the axis of the cable complete all as specified and directed specified .

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing 50mm bore light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by galvanised iron earth strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 40mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, G I earth strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 metre. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be percast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in liue of cast iron cover.
