Maintenance of MDR & ODR Roads in (R&B) Section, Tanuku for the year 2026-2027

B.T patch work using 1.20 cum of 40 mm to 45 mm I R C size H B G metal to get compacted quantity of 1 cum precoated with bitumen 80/100 grade using total quantity of 42 kgs including tack coat, cost , and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for cleaning the existing surface, appliying tack coat with hot bitumen, spreading 40 to 45 mm HBG metal, sectioning and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tones and spreading 9.50 to 11.20mm HBG machine crushed chips at the rate of 0.13cum per 1 Cum of metal as key stone and consolidation with 8 -10 T Power Road roller spreading tack coat with hot bitumen and hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished work as per standared specification APSS No 1510

B.T. patch work using 1.33 cum of 9.5 to 11.20mm IRC size HBG machine crushed chips to get compacted quntity of 1 cum using total quantity of 80/100 grade @72 kgs /1 cum including cost, conveyance of all materials including labour charges for all operations such as trimming the edges of the pot holes, cleaning the surface, applying tack coat with hot bitumen, and premixing the bitumen and chips spreading the mix to camber and required profile and rolling wih power Road roller 8 to 10 T capacity including fuel charges for heating bitumen and hire and all other incidental charges and operational charges of bitumen boiler etc.,complete for finished item of work as directed by departmental officers.APSS No 1510

Providing W.B.M.patch work with 40 to 45 mm IRC size HBG metal and stone dust & gravel for blindage including cost, conveyance of all materials and labour charges for picking 50 to 100 mm deep old metalled B.T. surface and spreading 40 mm IRC size hard blasted granite metal sectioning to proper camber and consolidation with power roller 8 to 10 Tones, watering and spreading stone dust and gravel complete for finished item of work.

Stripping the excess soil from the shoulder surface / Making up loss of material / irregularities on the shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting with appropriate equipment for sectioning the berms / shoulders as per MORT&H Specification No.3003

Clearing light jungle from Road margins and removal from Road boundary complete for finished item of work.
