SPL REPAIR OF BLDG NO. P-251 (12 X OR MD ACCN) AT LANCER LINE - II AT ARMY AREA JODHPUR UNDER GE (ARMY) NO. 01

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

All as per item No 2 above but except stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for Precast cement concrete solid building blocks 10 cm thick type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) complete in walls all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Extra over squared rubble stone walling Jodhpur type regular course for hammer dressing to face of stone with max depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing complete to squared rubble walling, regular coursed, Jodhpur type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 as in subbase of floor tiles (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.18 Square Metre, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm/ 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Square Metre but not exceeding 0.38 Square Metre, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
