M & L for applying one coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.25 kg/Sqm shall be applied on plastered surfaces including side walls . Thereafter a layer of APP modified membrane 1.5 mm thick as specified above shall be laid by torch application method as per manufactures instructions including cushain layer of coarse sand thichness 25 mm shall be provided to protect membrane.

M & L for (1:5:10) lean cement concrete type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete after carrying out satisfactory testing of CI pipes/ PVC pipe joints and slab/walls by filling water for 72 hourse. sunken portion of nahani/ floor trap and pipe joints shall be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 complete.

S & F 32 mm bore light grade galvanised shal be provided 30 cm beyond wall surface between to drain out leakage in if any. The mouth of GI pipe shall have greval to avoide chocking. Top of sunken portion of RCC slab to be finished such that its slope towards spout.

Preparation of old surfaces by Brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, to wall including cornices etc plaster or un- plastered surfaces (old decorated surface) and applying one coat of white wash on wall all as spd and as directed Engineer-in Charge.
