Comprehensive maintenance and routine check up of following Lower side AC equipments components on monthly basis/as per requirement to ensure the working of all machineries without breakdown, with all materials and labour for smooth functioning of plants complete all as specified and as directed.:- (i) Chilled water pump 5 HP Kirloskar KDI538++ (2 Working & 1 Standby) (ii) Condenser water pump 7.5 HP Kirloskar KDI822++ (2 Working & 1 Standby) (iii) Induced Draft type 100 TR, Cooling tower of FRP - 01 Nos complete with all accessories, basin, fittings, fan motor etc complete (iv) Air Handling Units of following capacity 4000 CFM - 1 Nos and 6000 CFM - 1 Nos, including replacement/repair of defective electrical accessories of AHU, Belts, electric motors, blower units, cooling coils,dampers etc:-

M & L for Monthly servicing of (i) Air filters in AHU (capacity 6000 CFM - 1 Nos and 4000 CFM - 1 Nos) carefully and cleaning including arrangement of removing of dust and foreign particles from the AHU rooms/filters/coiling coil throughly by using pressure water jet pumps and suitable washing products to ensure general hygeine and upkeeping of AHU rooms, and refixing filters after drying and to ensure the drain lines, strainer, drain pan to arrest the micro/fungal growth inside AHU rooms complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Cooling Tower of capacity 100 TR - 01 Nos complete with all accessories, basin, fittings, cooling tower fan motors - 01 Nos etc complete all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Replacement of Air Filter shall be resposibility of contractor if damage occur while removing or refixing.(ii) Servicing of all (39TR ) AHUs will be considered as one job (ii) Necessary consumables and cleaning materials required for servicing shall be provided by the contractor

M&L for Painting of 1 x cooling towers, condenser pipe lines, 6 Nos of pumps sets and , panel board, iron frames of chiller compressure unit complete at INHS Sanjivini (OT) with two coats of synthetic enamel spray paint of existing colour after preparation of existing surface of each unit and marking set numbers and markers all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pre filter washable type filter element made out of syntetic non wooven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including frame and suitable efficiency 90% down to 10 micron complete with mounting frame work of size 610x 610 x 50mm.

Comprehensive maintenance and routine check up of the chiller unit, Model No: XWC2YVS-065AR3 of capacity (1 x 60 TR Working) water cooled Chilling unit installed at Seaking Simulator on monthly basis, comprising of the following (Higher side of AC plant),Make: Blue Star hermetic scroll compressor Two fixed and one inverter type in one unit using R- 410 A refrigerent, flooded type shell and tube evaporator shell and tube condenser, microprocessor based control panel,star delta/electronic starter with control microprocessor to maintain desired temperature.

S&F pre filter washable type filter element made out of syntetic non wooven media supported by HDPE mesh on both side including frame and suitable efficiency 90% down to 10 micron complete with mounting frame work of size 610 x 610 x 45 mm.

Supply fabrication and erection in replacement of GI sheet with TDF flange rectangular/square duct of size 24 Gauge made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt,Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 11 above but duct size 22 Gauge

Supply and fixing in replacement of fresh air inlet made-out of GI sheet 22 SWG duly fabricated with splitter damper arrangement and cowl and bird screen complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of supply/return air diffusers of machine fabricated madeout of aluminium 18G sheet construction of various sizes duly powder coated of approved colour to suitable as existing duct projestions/ openings including GI collar VCD for supply air inlet all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing in replacement of eco friendly vapor barrier for HVAC ducts/ pipeline by applying fevicol make non flammable, low VOC, anti fungal, water based lag coating on the duct surface uniformly by brush or spreader, wrap the duct with 7 mils thick canvas or glass fiber cloth tightly with overlapping for avoiding air gaps, allow to dry and apply an additional coating over the duct in similar method all as per standard and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair machine made fire damper along with fusible link min 14 guage GI Sheet including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge

Supply & Fixing in repair machine made non return damper (NRD) 14 guage GI Sheet including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge

Supply and installation in repair of acoustic insulation having 10mm thickness at inside the duct with engineered Nitrile rubber open cell foam with density 150 - 180 Kg/m3 using manufacturer's recommended rubber based adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per OEM recommendations and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repair of Steel strauctural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including dismantling of old steel structure complete all as specified.

Supply & fixingf of replacement of Thermal Insulation of exposed area of ducting calss 'O' with Glass cloth covering on Out door Ducts ,exposed to sunlight using Class O Nitrile Rubber of 13 mm thickness outer sideof exisitng Ducts using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of replacement of Thermal Insulation of exposed area of ducting calss 'O' with Glass cloth covering on Out door Ducts ,exposed to sunlight using Class O Nitrile Rubber of 19 mm thickness outer sideof exisitng Ducts using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per specifications.

M & L Cleaning of Operation Theater with 100 % Fresh Air type AHU cooling coil by using Bio Enzyme coil cleaner, pressure jet pump so as to improve heat transfer and avoid fungus formations appx room sizes 8 mtr x 8 mtrx 4 mtr as specified and dirtected by Engr-in -charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of weather proof heater bank control panel made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet after seven tank process and Epoxy powder coating duly mounted on the wall as directed , making complete electrical connections from heater bank to the isolators, The panel shall consit of all cables sensors and auto cutoff, indicators isolators etc complete .It should be design such a way that the arrangement shall work till the desired humidity is achieved without affecting the cooling inside the room complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of three way mixing valve with Actuator and thermostat with control wirings for AHU's temperature controlling with digital thermostat to control the temperature of 80mm size complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- A digital thermostat shall be provided to control the temperature of conditioned space by controlling AHU chilled water flow ( Actuator valve systems)

All as per item No. 25 above but for 65mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing in repair CI 'Y' strainer of size 100 mm dia in condensing/chilled water line complete dia including modification of pipe line for fixing the strainer and replacement of flanges and nuts & bolts, packing etc all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 28 but of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI butterfly valve full open with operating handle including new nuts & bolts, packings modification of flanges if necessery of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 29 above but for 125mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Chilled water sensor with controlling cable as suitable for exising chiller socket/groove for chiller units all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of temperature sensor with controlling cable as suitable for exising chiller socket/groove from AHU to actuator panel for chiller units all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing of replacement of 13 mm thickness Thermal Insulation of exposed area covering on out door chiller water pipe lines of size upto 50mm dia using Class O Nitrile Rubber outer sideof exisitng pipelines using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per Specifications.

Supply & fixing of replacement of 13 mm thickness Thermal Insulation of exposed area covering on out door chiller water pipe lines of size upto 50mm to 100mm dia using Class O Nitrile Rubber outer sideof exisitng pipelines using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents complete as per Specifications.

Taking down old us pipe insulation over chiller pipe line, fixing new thermocol/puff insulation of 25 mm thickness, covered by polythene sheet, wire mesh and insulation shall be closed cell type with compression strength and thermal conductivity suitable for chilled water circulation pipe lines all as per site requirement. The entire insulation shall be tightly covered with 26 gauge aluminium cladding. All disturbed surfaces shall be made good as existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Thermal Insulation having 13 mm thickness on ducts/ceiling not exposed to sunlight using Closed Cell Class O Nitrile Rubber Elastomeric Insulation of Density 40 - 60 Kg/m3, T using manufacturer's recommended Rubber based Adhesive in a blend of solvents including aluminium cladding with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in replacement of 26 gauge aluminium cladding type on external surface of supply/return air ducts including all fitting and fixtures and scaffolding equipments complete all as specified and as directed.
