M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping , cills and other bands , plinth courses, parapets, bed pltes, bond stones and like in cluding necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick wall surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing with water etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riverting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repairs Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire with 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc., including dismantling old fencing wire complete all as specified and directed. [Each line wire to be measured.]

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil made from high tensile spring steel ,high carbon wire confirming to IS-4454 Part-I of grade -SM duly hot dipped galvanised 600 mm dia, over 10m openable length with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length (before stretching ) having medium barbs (barb length 24+1mm or 24-1 mm ,pitch between two barbs 35+1 mm) spring core wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gramsm / m and fixing to Y or trapezoidal shaped angle iron bracket placed at 2m to 3m apart with 6/9 horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape ) wire stud tied with GI staples and GI Clips to retain horizontal ,including necessary bolts and coating with Px compound (anti rust ) including dismantling of old concertina coil complete all as specified and as directed. [Note: After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall or the straight length on which it has been strectched shall be measured as straight length for payment]

Preparing new platered surfaces of walls by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and cleaning the surfaces by using Jet washer and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement based primer by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

Preparing old decorated surfaces of walls by using vaccume based hand held or long handle sander machine and cleaning the surfaces by using Jet washer and applying two coats of cement based paint by using auto roller or airless sprayer machine complete all as specified and directed .

M&L broken glass coping on top of ealls with 25 mm thick layer of cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.
