M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down to remove smoke soot moulds moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots etc and applying a coat of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating in 4 coats of application:- (a) Applying primer coat with Primer @ 0.3 kg /sqm as per manufacturer instruction. (b) Over priming coat applying water proofing coat as per manufacturer instructions with fibre reinforcement @ 0.75kg/sqm on the flat or vertical surfaces over parapet wall and ensure that there are no bubbles of creases. Overlapping of the fibre is a minimum of 50mm and allow this coat to dry for a period of 2-6 hrs depending on the atmospheric condition. (c) Applying second coat of water proofing coat @0.75Kg/sqm (d) Applying final coat of primer @ 0.08kg/sqm after 2nd coat has dried properly.
