S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular/hollow section, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe-410W (Grade E-250 quality "A") including necessary welding at any height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame work for false ceiling in flat or in sloping at any height, of grid size 600x600mm comprising of wall/cleat angle of size 25x25x0.35mm and cross tee of size 24x38x0.70mm with 2mm dia GI wire as suspender and including 3.5-4mm thick decorative, pre -painted, non asbestos board (E-Board) in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel/wooden truss of any type including dismantaling of existing false ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of modular switch 16A,1 module single pole, one way complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of ceiling rose polycarbonate type three terminals complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete in all respcet as specified and directed.

Providing and laying skid/non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (CM) 1:6, including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in skrting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM) 1:4, including dismantling of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of LT panel board outdoor type, CPRI approved , platform mounted factory made, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from both front and rear side made out of 14 SWG (3mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet and built upon suitable size angle iron frame work , having front and rear hinged doors, lifting lugs (2 Nos) , earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and apply spray paint with two coat of synethetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. M&L for submain wiring with two single core 1.5 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in PVC conduit medium grade including 1.5 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete incl taking out old unserviceable submain wiring of any type and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw submain wiring with two single core 4 sq mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multi stranded, sheathed conductor in PVC conduit including 4 sq mm multi-strand FRLSH PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete and making good disturbed surface complete incl taking out old unserviceable submain wiring of any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan upto 480 mm sweep after dismantlingand taking out the burnt winding coils and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable size and gauge including insulation, Varnishing, drying ,painting etc complete and refixing the same after rewinding and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing of Split Acs (Indoor &Outdoor) after dismantling carefully with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.
