Special Eligibility Criteria

   1) Tendered item is reserved for procurement from RDSO approved sources for Item ID: 3100460 or their authorized dealer . Either OEM should quote directly or OEM can authorize and give Tender Specific Authorization to its Agent / dealer to quote on their behalf. The authorized dealer should submit valid tender specific authorization, along with the offer, failing which their offer will be liable to be passed over.

   2)RDSO Approval status shall be reckoned as on the date of tender closing and not thereafter, unless it is a case of removal/ suspension/ banning. Minimum 80% of the net procurable quantity shall be ordered on the vendors appearing as Approved vendor in RDSO vendor directory. 3) Vendors appearing as Developmental vendor in RDSO vendor directory will be considered up to a maximum of 20% of NPQ. However, this is subject to a condition that rates of developmental vendors are lower than the rates of vendors eligible for regular orders.

   Whenever tender is floated with purchase restriction from sources approved by nominated authorities and there exists a suspected cartel situation by approved sources or the rates available from approved source/sources are adjudged unreasonably high,despite fair efforts as permissible, the purchaser reserves the right to place orders on firms outside the approved vendor list, without any restrictions.

   LIQUIDATED DAMAGE (LD) ON DELAYED SUPPLY: Recovery of Liquidated Damage (LD) shall be levied @ 1/2% (half percent) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contracts is 10%(ten percent) of the value of contract irrespective of delays, unless otherwise provided, specifically in the contract.
