Solid PVC Door/Window/Ventilator Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam sheet and edges painted to match with prelam sheet, reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing as shown on page No 176 to 183 of MES SSR-2020 Part-II compete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screws holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life)

Pressed steel frame using 1.25 mm thick PBI sheet (size of frame 125 x 60 mm) for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock/ strike plate etc and filling with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in back of chowkats complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete, all as specified..

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.
