Emergency Signs - Illuminated (Single Sided Wall Mounted type) SITC of illuminated emergency signages including fabrication, supply, installation, testing & commissining all, complete as per drawings, technical specifications, and to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with following. Sign face Sign face shall be made of 6mm thick Laminated acrylic sheet having graphics pasted on the inside with transluscent white and green vinyl. The transluscent vinyl print must match the specified colour and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. Sign Frame & Box The sign box shall be fabricated from 1.5 mm thick CRCA MS powder coated sheet having its deapth 80mm including necessary supports, using CNC machines, having proper provisions for heat dissipation due to LED lighting module and its driver, openings with acrylic for light wash on wall and below signs, provisions for locking and opening arrangements of sign face for maintenance purpose, powder coated to match RAL9016. Lighting All internal illumination shall use Power LED module lights with its driver, for even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots, including internal wiring, all internal connections, termination, connection to the nearest power tapping point available at the site. UPS The sign shall have a provision of internal UPS with minimum 1.5-hour backup for illumination of sign. Box Accessories Providing and fixing of all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete required for the fabrication of the signage as per drawing. Fixing arrengement All ther Stainless steel hardware items as required for fixing of sign with existing building structure / ACP / Cloumn/slabs/beams/walls etc., considering the size, weight, required stability of the signage to suit the installation as per the site requirement & asthetic of the terminal building , as per drawing, technical specification. This item includes all work done on false ceiling or outdoor canopy like opening/dismantling of existing structure/local cutting etc. to pass the suspender and reinstalling/making the same good as earlier/assembling the same after fixing and installation on the sign. Sign Post MS post of 75 mm OD, 8m thick MS gusset plates, 8m thick MS base plate, PU painted to match RAL 9011, grouting in existing foundation as per the drawing. Foundation Making of M20 foundation for the sign post including excavation, compaction, PCC base layer, providing and fixing of anchor bolts in position and finished as per drawing. The item cost includes the cutting and opening the floor finish at location, and making good the location to the match the original finish after fixing and installation of sign. Sign face Sign face shall have laser cut profiles to recieve 6mm thick Laminated milky white acrylic sheet having graphics pasted on the inside with transluscent white and blue vinyl. The transluscent vinyl print must match the specified colour and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. All panels fixed using counter sunk screws. Sign Frame & Box The sign frame box shall be made in 18 gauge thick PU Painted aluminium in specified blue colour RAL 5013. Router cut, grooved and folded to achieve the desired shape as per drawing fixed with the internal frame structure. the frame structure must be made of square sections 25x25mm hotdipped galvanised M .S. Lighting All internal illumination shall use Power LED module lights with its driver, for even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots, including internal wiring, all internal connections, termination, connection to the nearest power tapping point available at the site.
