Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202. By manual means Cement Concrete including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Dismantling boulders laid in wire crates including opening of crates and stacking dismantled materials including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 50 mm average thickness including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Excavation in foundation for retaining, breast walls etc, in all types of soils and rocks including all lead, lift and disposal of surplus material as per direction of engineer - in - charge, as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 of MORD Specifiction including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m: All kinds of soil including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 P.C.C grade M 10 Nominal mix 1:3:6 including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work. (Formwork included)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications PCC Grade M25 With Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Manual placing including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper complition of the work.(Formwork Included)

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete :Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 Granular materia including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302. including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry laid in 1:6 cement and sand mortar, in breast walls, retaining walls, parapets, scuppers, etc. including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 702, 704, 1202 & 1203 of MORD Specifiction including supply of all material, labour, T&P and royaltiies etc.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302 Stone/Boulder including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201, By Manual Means in area of thorny jungle including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of Empty Cement Bags ( Gunny Bags) filled with local sand and tightened using sutli and carriage upto site including preparing subgrade before placing in position, also including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Plastering with cementmortar(1:4),15mm thick on brickwork in sub structure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204 (Ref Item no 12-3) including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dewatering of water caused due to seepage of ground water and surface water due to rain etc. excluding excavation of foundation but during execution of civil works including supply of all machine operator, khalashi, POL, T&P, accessories required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of wire crates 3.00x1.50x1.50 in size with GI wire conforming to IS:280 &IS: 4826in 150mm x150mm mesh laid with stone boulders. as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. (As per PWD Uttarakhand specifications) GI wire 8 gauge BWG including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and Laying of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal shaped Gabions of galvanized steel , of size 3mX1mX1m with two diaphragms at 1m interval, having mesh opening 100 mm x120 mm, mesh wire diameter 3mm for ganions, edge/selvedge wire diameter 3.9 mm and lacing wire diameter 2.2mm . (The work includes filling boulders in the gabions). including supply of all material labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Relaying of existing stone pitching after dismantaling of partially damage slope including labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work excluding stones.

Surface Preparation remove Algae Fungi (Sodium pentachlorophenate) and hydro jetting as per standard Operating Procedure provided by the manufecturer (as per technical Specification) including cost of all labour material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Epoxy mortar treatment over eroded concrete surface or in jointing of stone etc. of piers of head regulator gates in a ratio of 1Kg Epoxy resin (Araldite Gy257) : 0.5Kg Hardner (Aradur 840): 6 Kg quartze sand with prime and seal coat, including making all arrangements, cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and as directed by E/I

Engaging & operation of one tractor along with one driver and one helper & trolley having hydraulic jack arrangement. Including cost of fuel lubricants and repair maintenance etc. for removal of slip / landslide/ excavation in dry and wet condition, complete in all respect as per direction of I/C. Capacity of tractor must be not less than 45 BHP, and loading capacity of trolley must not be less than 2.25 cum. Payment for engaging Tractor with trolley shall be made only for actual working hours at site, no idle charges shall be paid. If tractor is trapped in slip / earth, contractor shall make its own arrangement to haul it, for which no extra payment shall be made to contractor, and also tractor shall be considered in idle condition. Cost of mobilization & demobilization from site shall be borne by contractor. Cost includes the average running of 20 Km per day.

Removal of sand/RBM filled EC bags used for making bundha after completion of the work and its proper disposal including all labour material T&P etc as per direction of E/I required for proper completion of work.

Stopping of water leakge from the silt Ejector Channel Gates (3.35X3.00) in Downstream Side complete manner. This includes complete dry postion in D/S side by cocking, Sealing etc. of gates without damaging the structure and sealing opening & removing used material from gates after completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.
