Providing and applying Anti-termite treatment by injecting chemical emulsion Imidacloprid 30.5%SC at a concentration 5 litres per sqm or as per manufacturers recommendation for pre-constructional treatment and creating a chemical barrier as per IS 6313 (Part II) 2001 for wall trenches, foundation, top surface of plinth filling, foundation of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of the building, etc. complete conforming to manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Plinth area only to be measured for the payment )

Providing & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7kg per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with apiece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

PCC WORKS

4.1.8 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 nominal size)

9.84 : Providing and fixing aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 36 kg to 80 kg and door width form 701 mm to 1000 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

9.121 : Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross- section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminated shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

50.9.15.2 : Supplying and fixing 300 mm Aluminium aldrop

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal doors made of pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Doors shall be with vision glass and louver as a part of complete assembly.Door frame shall be single rebate profile of size 100 x 57mm made out of minimum 1.20mm (18gauge) thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with PVC seal as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening. Frames shall be filled with puff.Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from minimum 0.8mm (22guage) thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated<br>astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. The glass should be 5mm clear toughned glass of relavant rating of the door.All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test. Rate shall include supply and installation of door and hardware as a complete assembly as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. Once frame installed should be filled with PUF as recomended by the manufacturer or engineer.1500mmX2400mm

The door frame and single leaf door is finished with powder coating of 50 micron approved shade. Fire doors are inclusive of vision panel with 6mm thick 2hr fire rated glass of size 200mmx300mm, panic bar/latch (double point), external lever handle, surface door closer, dash fastener and other accessories required for the full functioning of the Fire rated Doors

BLOCKWORK

6.47 : Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150mm/ 230mm/300 mm thick AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for seperately).

FIRE SEALANT for Fire and ELV Shafts - Supply and Fixing of load bearing Fire stop mortar system with minimum 2 hours fire rating when tested in accordance with UL 1479 standards, for openings in floors or slabs after passing service lines. The mortar shall be a light weight cementitious product and shall carry test certificate in accordance with IEC 60068-2-57:1999-11 (Environmental Testing) as per Part 2-57: Test for Vibration-Time-history method and VERTEQII for seismic zone 4. The product shall be age tested as per Dafstb and DIBT standards. The product shall carry test certificate for mold resistance rating of 0 as determined by ASTM G21-96 and shall have a VOC content of approx. g/l as per LEED 2009. Firestop installation should be done by trained applicators (HAFSC) and in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines by providing 10mm dia rebars at 200mm c/c both ways with chemical anchoring along the length and breadh of the shaft and provide 2 layers of chicken mesh etc. The mortar shall be applied with a minimum thickness of 65 mm & having load bearing capacity of 200kg/sqm. Proper engineering judgement needs to be submitted through the manufacturer. Complete installation report through Software CFS DM shall also be submitted for inspection purpose.

Supply, erection, commissioning of additional length of Exhaust Pipes with long radius bend from silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works and thermal insulation with 50 mm thick glass wool and with 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding of following adequate size including suitable rain cap for top to avoid rain water entry. The distance between exhaust pipe at top and rain cap should be higher than diameter of pipe. The horizontal run of exhaust piping should slope downwards away from engine to the condensate trap.
