Earth work in excavation by manual means in tranches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cess pits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5m, including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposal earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed inAll kinds of soils.

Providing and laying in position cement conc. Of sepcified grade excluding cost of Centering & Shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand: 8 graded crused stone aggregate 40mm nominal size.

Providing & laying damp proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size).

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level (by manual means)

Reinforced cement conc. Work in beams suspended floors, roofs, having slope upto 15 landing, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staireases and spiral staircases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening cutting, bending, placing, in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

b) Suspended floors, roots, landings, balconies and acess platform.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20cms wide.

d) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers & cantilevers etc.

a) 12mm thick cement plaster of mix in 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

b)15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand)

Cement conc. flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete (40mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections treusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing & fixing of 1mm thick M.S. Steel door with frame of 40X40X6mm angle iron & 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions & corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S angle 40X40X6 mm of diagonal braces

Providing and Fixing MS grill for required pattern in frames of window extra with M.S Flats,Square or round bars etc. incl. priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

White washing with lime to give an even shade. New work (Three or more coats)

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement conc. 1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand: 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give and even shade. New steel work (Two or more coats)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and left upto 1.5mtr.

Electrification of Pump Room and Chowkidar quarter including wiring and cutting of chese and repair work including fixing of electric bulb and switches etc. complete i.e eight number light points and two numbers external led light (Flood light).

Carriage of materials from nearest source to site of work including loading/unloading and stacking complete in all terrains a) Sand 90Km from nearest source to road side of work by M.T. & 500mtr from road side to site by H.L.

b) Stone agg. below 40mm nominal size 25Km from nearest source to road side of work by M.T. & 500mtr from road side to site by H.L.
