BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant,high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 100 Amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears shall be carried out with suitable size FRLS grade PVC insulated multiflexible type copper wire as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :- (a) SP MCB 6 Amps 10 KA (For Control Wiring) - 03 No. (b) Danger Notice Plate duly written in Signal Red colour on Aluminium plate in English & Hindi language and of size not less than 150mm x 100mm - 02 Nos Note : 1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. 2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. 3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks 4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. 5) The dimension of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative.
