Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumpin ground within 50 metres lead

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling old 20 mm thick red oxide flooring or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing M.S. Grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S flats. Square or round bars etc. including priming coat with apptoved steel primer all complete. Fixed to openings/wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

French spirit polishing:Two or more coats on new works including a coat of wood filler

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade:New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 1tr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete.On steel work

Engaging labour for shifting office furniture, file etc.

Renewing glass panes and re fixing existing wooden fillets: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10k /sqm)

Providing and fixing Blind curtains with sythetic fabric materials Including cost of all materials, all fittings, cover box, curtain rod, wheel and rop, necessary screws etc. Including cost of all materials, all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Glazed Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size of Tile 600 X 600 mm

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing ofjoints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 15mm dia 12kgf/cm2 -Internal work- Exposed on wall

Providing and fixing PVC pipes, fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step PVC solvent cement and testing ofjoints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
