Providing form work with mild steel plates 3.15 mm (three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) size so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping and centring etc etera with wooden battens and ballies in all heights of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 (four) meters and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts, disposed materials to be neatly dressed and levelled including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

In flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings balconies and access platform and the like floor upto any thickness upto all floor levels.

In columns, pillars posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan up to all floor levels .

In beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels, sides and soffits of beams, beams haunching cantilevers bressumers and lintels in all depth /height not exceeding 1 (one) metre depths upto all floor levels

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like in all floor heights.

Stair Case with sloping or stepped soffits excluding landing except spiral stair upto all floor level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement: four sand: eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) as per specification and curing complete but excluding cost of form work in all work up to plinth level including all heights/depths including entire carriage of material with in all leads , lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete mechnically mixed vibrated design mix M-20 (twenty) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work to obtained minium crushing strength of 25N/mm2 (Twenty five ) Newton per millimetres square) with minium cement contents of 400Kg/Cum (Four hundred killogramme per Cubic metres) using cement content as per approved design mix and curring complete, for attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level to all floor levels excluding cost of centring shuttering finishing including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars Fe 500D made of SAIL, TATA Tiscon for reinforced cement concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including the cost of binding bars all complete above plinth level upto all floor levels including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5( seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level upto all floor level in all shapes and size in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six coarse sand) curing complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying antiskid vitrified floor tiles of size 600x600 mm (Six hundred into six hundred)millimeters bell with coving(NTC/Johnson) of same shade that of flooring of approved shade with water absorption less than 0.08% (zero point zero eight)Percent conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make Somany /Kajaria /Nitco /Orient RAK, Johnson & Johnson) in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (twenty)millimetrs thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (three point three killogramme per square meters) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete upto all floor level in all heights including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing white/ coloured Glazed tiles Ist quality 300mm to 450 mm ( three hundred millimetres to four hundred fifty millimetres) thick in skirting risers of steps and dado 12 (Twelve) millimetres thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement :three sand) and jointed with cement slurry of make KAJARIA , Nitco, Somani, Johnson including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying finished Granite stone flooring of approved make of in desgn and patterns, in landing of stair as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (Eighteen) milimetres thick stone slab over 20 mm (twenty millimetre)(average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete upto all floor level as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Rough finished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government..

6 mm (Six millimetre) thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of Lime wash on top of walls when dry for bearing of R.C.C. slabs and beams upto all floor level and curing copmplete, including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights and curing complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

15mm (Fifteen millimetres) cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ concrete /stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty) millimetres in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : six coarse sand) upto all floor level in all heights and curing complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.
