CHAIR CB STEEL WITH/WITHOUT ARMS (FD-75 (M)

Removing existing unserviceable seat frame and Supply and fixing of new seat of Chair CB steel with / without arms made out of Ist class hard wood of same shape and size and duly painted with black synthetic enamel paint, canning with Cane plastic 2 to 2.5mm thick Godrej pattern and border with 4mm thick cane plastic and fixing the same with appropriate size of nuts & bolts to steel frame complete all as shown in drg and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable back frame and Supply and fixing of new back of Chair CB steel with / without arms made out of Ist class hard wood of same shape and size duly painted with black synthetic enamel paint canning with Cane plastic 2 to 2.5mm thick Godrej pattern and border with 4mm thick cane plastic and fixing the same with appropriate size of nuts & bolts to steel frame complete all as shown in drg and directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable hand rest and S&F new wooden hand rest of same shape and size for chair CB steel with arms and fixing with screwed complete all as shown in drg and directed.

Removing existing unserviceable PVC shoes & PVC plug of Chair CB Steel with/ without arms and S&F new PVC shoes with screw at bottom of steel frame and PVC plug at notched holes at top complete all as shown in drg and directed.

S&F 4 Nos flat iron strips of size 535/485x25x3mm under each seat and 2 Nos for each Back of chair fixed with running welding/ gas welding to steel frame duly providing holes for screws of them complete and all as directed.

CHARPOY GI/ IP PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD-220 (R)

Taking out old unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI/IP plywood top and S&F 12mm thick BWR plywood IS:303 with 10 Nos. new nuts & bolts of size 5mmx 65mm/5mmx100mm with 2mm thick washers including tightening/ assembling of loose frame/component complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32mm bore GI Pipe 'medium Grade' long rail, 1884mm long ISI Marked including threading on both ends upto 22mm and fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP frame as in replacement old/unserviseable rail complete all as specified and directed.

Converting of old/unserviseable long rail retrieved in replacement from item 2.2 hereinbefore into two short rails of size 804mm long threading on both ends upto 22mm and fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP Frame complete all as specified and directed.

Converting of old/unserviseable short rail retrived in replacement from Item No 2.3 hereinbefore into two legs of size 389mm long, threading upto 22mm from one end and welding/gas welding of 3mm mild steel at another frame and made in round shape and fixing the same to charpoy GI/IP frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement three ways GI Elbow of 32 mm bore, size 60mm long of make Jolly/RK/ISI marked as approved by the GE complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 6 mm thick check nuts as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

ALMIRAH LARGE / MEDIUM/ SMALL STEEL WITH SHELVES / LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL :- FD-67(M)/FD-1031/FD-1032/SKD-562/ FD-1029

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable lock with new lock of same shape and size/specification to Almirah steel large/ Medium/ small Steel/ Locker bed side steel (SKD-562) having duplicate keys of Godrej/Harrison/Link as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable handle with new chromium plated steel handle of same shape and size/specification of best quality as approved by GE to Almirah large/ medium/ small steel/ Locker bed side steel complete all as specified and directed.

S&F New Chromium Plated hasp & Staple of same shape and size and fixing the same with appropriate nut & bolts to locker bed side steel (FD-1029) wherever reqd as in replacement complete all as shown on drg and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable locking device set complete including locking bars, lever and cover with 3 way with new locking device set of different shape and size to Almirah large/ Medium/ small steel/ Locker bed side steel (SKD-562) complete all as shown on drawing and directed.

S&F as in replacement of unserviceable/ broken hanging rod with new chromium plated steel hanging rod of 19mm dia with 1mm wall thickness including one pair of fixing brackets to Locker bed side steel (SKD-562)/FD-1029 complete all as shown in drg and directed.

S&F 02 Nos of new Steel leg of 1mm thick mild steel by way of running welding/gas welding of Almirah medium/ large steel with shelves/Locer bed side including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per existing specification as in replacement of old/unserviceable leg complete all as specified and directed

S&F new drawer for Locker bed side steel -SKD-562 made of 1mm thick mild steel by way of running welding/gas welding including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per existing specification as in replacement of old/unserviceable drawer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F new clamps wherever required to shelves of almirah large/med steel as in replacement of existing unserviceable clamps complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR/RECANNING OF CHAIR VERANDAH :- FD-19(M)/FD-256/FD-359/FD/MAP-II/06

Removing of old unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah and recanning to seat & back by 4mm wide half round oval shape plastic cane including fixing 4 Nos hard rubber shoe to be provided in the legs of chair verandah. Rest all as specified and shown on drg and as directed .

Removing of broken PVC seat of chair varandah and S&F new PVC seat to chair verandah (Make -AMKO or as approved by GE) to complete as specified and directed.

Removing of broken PVC back of chair varandah and S&F new PVC seat to chair verandah (Make -AMKO or as approved by GE) to complete as specified and directed.

Removal of old unserviceable leg frame and S&F new leg frame of 19mm dia MS conduit pipe having 1.6mm wall thickness including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as scecified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable plywood top from Bed hard steel and S&F 12mm thick plywood 'BWR' Grade with new nuts & bolts of size 5mm x 65mm with 2mm thick washers complete all as scecified and directed. Rest all as specified in drg and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable head board from Bed and S&F 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with flat PVC liping of same shape & size with screws complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unserviceable foot board from Bed and S&F 18/19mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade with flat PVC liping of same shape & size with screws complete all as specified & directed.

CHAIR WRITING OFFRS : - FD/E6/MAP/12

Removal of old/unserviceable tapestry of seat frame and S&F new tapestry of seat frame approved by GE with PVC liping all round complete all as specified and directed. Note- Cost of tapestry not less than Rs 200/-
