Sanitation and Upkeeping of wards, Toilets, Nursing School, Nursing Hostel, surrounding area, varamda, OPD Area, Roads, Sewerage line, Inspection chamber and Drain under the CHD. Clouse(i) Minimum number of sweepers deployed per day will be 40.00 and will be deplyoed as per instructions of Inchargenos. In case of any less deployment, proportinate deduction will be made acordingly. Clouse(ii) The bidder has to ensure payment of PF/EPF at the prescribed rate failing which proportionate deduction will be made from the bill. SCOPE OF WORK: i) Cleaning of all toilet attached with Wards, hostel rooms, office chambers, and other places under CHD, including cleaning of floors, skirting & dado, W.C.Pan ( Indian type/western type), wash basin, shelves, mirror and other fittings if any by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyle etc. to make the toilet clean & hygienic and providing nepthalene balls in uninals complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of Engineer -in -charge/ Ward incharge. Frequency thrice a day in wards, twice in rest of toilets or as and when required ii) Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of public buildings, other places neatly with detergent, blaching powder etc. all complete with tools and cosumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of in-charge. Frequency- thrice a day in wards, twice in rest of Areas or as and when required. ( Quantity for once - 10433 sqm) ii) Brooming & cleaning of all roads in hospital and within the premises of service buildings and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of . Frequency once a day or as and when required. ( Quantity fof onece- 6828Sqm) iv) Cleaning of all types of roof including removal of dry leaves, weedings and cleaning of drain holes, brooming etc. all complete with tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instructiuon of. Frequency- once in a month or as and when required. ( Quantity for once - 10953 Sqm) v) Cleaning of surface drain from 300 mm to 600 mm wide including disposal of muck sludge through trolley or other arrangements to a specified place (in no case it should be kept on drain banks ) within a lead of 1 KM complete with all tools & tackles as per instruction of Frequency- Twice in a month or as and when required.( Quantity for once i) up to 300 mm - 823 m and ii) 300x600 mm - 245 m and more than 600 mm 114 mtr.) vi) Cleaning of inspection chamber and sewerage line of all size and disposal of all size and disposal of sludge etc. at specified place outside the colony with all leads including removal & replacing of top cover, mending the damages of cover and chamber if any etc. as per instruction of in- charge. Frequency as and when required. (Quantity for once - 40 Nos. per month) (vii) The Urinal mat,napthalene ball,harpic,mopping stick,broom stick, wiper stick etc., as and when required. (The cost of the same shall be paid separately to the agency). Viii) Water will be made available by the department and the contractor will use the water by using Buckets.(The cost of the Bucket shall be paid separately to the agency). ix) Female workers are to be engaged in Female wards as per instructions of EIC. (x) The contractor will look after the work and will maintain coordination with the department and will attend to the complaint.
