M & L chequered coloured cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigments in floor etc set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigments to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1 :6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed rubber moulded coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, ISI marked of 60 mm thickness, grade M-35 with grey cement and pigments over and including a layer of sand cushioning, 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L broken stone hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor, laid in panels and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Glass dividing strips, 38 mm wide and 3 mm thick inserted in position to confirm to design complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise dscribed, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic black coloured tiles joint free1st quality (square/rectengular) 7mm thick, area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in black or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mud stops, bed blocks, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drain including form work whereever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, mould, mitred/ stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L concrete bed in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 300 mm dia (internal) pipes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pipes shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for 300 mm dia (internal dia) RCC hume pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars including dismantling existing complete laid in trenches as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in (other then ground floor) roofs , beams staircase , landing , chajja and similar suspended works, cover slab reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregates louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured separately and set in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition existing jallies if any complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), work in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (n exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repairing of mild steel gate of any type and having area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 10 Sqm each by replacement of necessary hinges, rusted small mild steel sections including necessary welding complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Cost of taking down of steel gate and refixing in same position if required at site shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible (ii) New mild steel work/section shall be measured and paid for separately.
