Hire Charges for erection and removal of steps and Landing works using country wood/ Sliver Wood planks of required sizes &thickness using runners, reapers and nails for fixing etc, as directed during execution and spreading Red /Green Colour Carpet on Steps, Landings along with two sides hand rails of required height made with M.S.Pipes and fixing with suitable Clamps without any shakes, etc., complete. The rate is inclusive of Hire charges, conveyance of all materials such as Planks, reapers, Runners Nails, Clamps and Coir Puri as required for the work and labour charges for fixing of entire structure and removal carefully after completion of festival as directed during execution etc., complete but excluding cost of hire charges for supporting structure for steps, Landings etc., For each Festival/ Function. Note: Measurements shall be taken for Treads, Risers & Landings along the Centre line

Hire charges for providing Rain proof shelters of different spans with clear height of 14' at the ends and suitable height at centre with central unsupported span of ranging 30' to 60'. The shelter shall be provided with adequate MS girders, trusses, purlins, bracings, tie rods, anchorages, bolts & nuts etc., suitably designed with necessary anchors to the ground to withstand heavy wind and rain. The shelter shall be firmly tied with cross anchors at all required places using MS strands etc., using necessary bolts, nuts, etc., The entire roof shall be covered suitably with GI sheets/Aluminium sheets/Galvalume sheets firmly fixed to the purlins etc., with necessary bolts/screws, washers etc., so as to have perfect rain proof roof. Covering shall be made such that the shelter shall be totally rain proof during heavy rains and the rain water shall be properly drained off.(This rate is applicable when structure is provided using roof trusses.) Necessary rain water collection facility and drainage arrangement shall be made. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fixing etc., complete.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Hire charges for erection and removal of MS pipes Pendals with MS pipes 40 mm dia for veridical, horizontals bracings and roofing. The pendals are firmly fixed with bracings and with necessary frame work/rope etc., and the roof covered with thick white ceiling cloth along with all round frills (jallars) including anchoring to the ropes to the ground with suitable anchoring and necessary watch and ward against theft and fire accidents and incidental charges etc. complete as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials (Transportation charges) and labour charges for fixing etc., complete. The rate is for below mentioned calendar days.(The rate for pendals will be paid as per area of pendals measured on covering plan area). Note:- If, there is any deviation in the usage of good quality of cloth effecting pleasing appearance and if the contractor fails to rectify it as per the directions of Engineer in charge, suitable penalty shall be imposed by the Engineer-in-Charge.* The relevant conditions of the foot note mentioned at the end of these items/chapter applies.-do- for 3 days

Hire charges of colour carpets including cost of charges for spreading and folding after completion of the Festival/ Function etc., and the colour carpets should be cleaned every Day and to keep neat appearance as directed during execution. The rate quoted is including conveyance of all materials. Hire Charges for MS pipes Scaffolding- using MS pipes of 40 mm diameter and Special Type Clams(“Nandu “ Clamps) and after completion of work/festival the Scaffolding should be removed carefully . The rate is inclusive of hire charges, conveyance charges of all materials and labour charges for fixing and removal after completion of the work/festival etc., complete . The Scaffolding measurements shall be taken as ‘Length X Average height’( One side of the Scaffolding only).-do- Above 15 Meters height

Hire charges for erection and removal of side curtains with water proof PVC coated Laqured Finish Fabric/ any other suitable material on both sides of the sloped gallery shed with M.S pipe frame work including necessary bolts, nuts, etc., complete as directed during execution. -do- 3 days

Hire charges for erection and removal of barricading with M.S. frames made with MS hallow square tubes. The barrication provided such that it shall be 1.20m height above the ground level and fixed to the ground (Earth/CC road/B.T road )with base anchors made with MS angle/channels true to alignment. The barrication shall be strongly fixed without any shaking including providing inclined struts wherever necessary including labour charges for all the operations such as loading, unloading ,erection, removal etc., including conveyance charges to site both ways)and removing the same after completion of the festival and taking away the material etc., complete as directed during the execution. -do- 3 days

Supply and engaging of Semi-skilled and un-skilled workmen for attending urgent & miscellaneous works where and when required as directed by the department.

Construction of Brick Masonry in Mud mortar / Clay using well burnt best bricks 2nd class (or) ground moulded (non-modular or traditional size) of 230x110x70mm including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete

Mud plastering 6 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, all incidental charges etc., complete as directed during execution.

Note : The following conditions are applicable for all the above sl.no.1 to 16 items. Erection should be completed before two days of Festival/ Utsavam as directed during execution for Pendals, Barrication and Dias.

Suitable tying arrangements shall be made such that the pendals/shelters laid shall withstand heavy wind & rain.

Proper slopes shall be maintained for smooth drainage of rain water.

The shelter provided shall be capable to support necessary illumination, PA system, decoration work, display TVs etc.,

The agency shall allow the electrical / flower decoration/ PA system etc., over the shelter/barrication/ ceiling cloth etc., without any extra cost.

Adequate watch and ward shall be provided by the agency at his cost and dept. will not be responsible for any loss due to thefts/accidents etc.,

The rain proof shelters provided shall be leak proof.
