Sub Estimate- I:- Desilting and construction of steps of irrigation tali at Gimone

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. (If however, only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001)

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means in all type of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt, sand, clay gravel, moorumS of all varities shingles, pebble all type of conglomerates, all types of laterite rock, soft rock, ordinary rock, disintegrated rock, fissured/shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials, as described under appendix to those specifications either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convinient or permitted including of chiselling, wedging etc. but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry moist, saturated submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water, including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal stumps and other deleterious matters, dressing of side and bottomS and back filling the excavated earths to the extent required and and disposal of excavated soil/rock at specified areas within all leads and lifts etc. as per specification & drawing and directed by the Engineer in-charge etc. complete.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth to be levelled and neatly dressed including providing barricading, danger lighting guarding as directed in All kinds of soil

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering & Shuttering including strutting, propping & removal of formwork for : a) Foundations, Footings, bases for columns and mass concrete

Providing & Laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse Sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a) All works upto plinth level

Laterite Masonary in neatly dressed stones of size as specified in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and basement.

Exposed decorative laterite masonary using Patradevi stone of size a specified and laid as directed by architect in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and Fixing railing 1.15 m high made out of Hollow GI Tubes welded together 1.00 m in height and placed at 2m c/c as per detailed drawing and specification and paintaing with ready mixed paint over a coat of metal primer etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in deisgn & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Blocks ( C.C. Paver Blocks) of M35/M40 strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick, compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with river/manufactured sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. complete as per manufacturer/s specification & direction of Engineer. 80 mm thick with Yellow/Orange/Earth colour (M40 Grade)

12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine Sand)

Providing and fixing Granite stone slabs (mirror polished) 18 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on cement paste and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. Jet Black

Distempering two or more coats with oil bound ashable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufactuure to give an even shade.

Sub Estimate- II:- Providing street lights

Supplying and fixing of 6 meter height (including the height of bracket cap pipe) street light tubular pole having bottom section OD 165.1 mm, middle section 114 mm and top section 88.9 mm made out of MS pipe as per IS 1239 with 400 x 400 x 20 mm thick base plate with Double Arm 1000 mm dingo bracket as per drawing. The pole shall have window cutting weather prrof flush door & locking arrangement for housing at bottom of the pole to accomodate electrical accessories for loop in loop out. The body of the pole & bracket shall be machined and polished properly to give it a smooth surface. The pole shall have decorative casting at the top of the shaft. The decorative pole shall be duly pre-treated and painted in U.V. ray resistant PU coating in approved colour shade. The coating should have a DFT of 80-90 microns. The 6 m double arm pole with Dingo Bracket should be provided with 90W LED suspension type decorative street lights fittin, made of spun alluminium housing, glass diffuser protector with IP 65 protection for optical compartment with high powers LEDs and inbuilt driver with efficiency > 0.85 and having surge protection device, colour temperature 5700K. The pole to be fixed in CC 1:2:4 including excavation, rubble packing centering & shuttering, refilling etc complete, with necessary foundations bolts M 24 x 750 mm long, and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 4 Core Armoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed alluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1544 (Part I), IS:7098 (Part I) with latest amendments of following size. (4) 4 Core 10 sq.mm

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electronic type three phase energy meter (KWh), 4 wire, ISI marked, in polycarbonate or sheet steel body (base mounting type) with counter display/LCD Display, with ELT, in class 1.0, 50 Hz, 240 V.Ac duly tested by MRT along with Test Certificates, complete as required of following capacity of make L & T only. b) 10 A to 40 A

Supplying and fixing B series SP MCB, 240V, suitable for lighting and other loads of following poles in the existing MCB DB Complete with connections testing and commissioning etc as required c) 5A to 32 A, Cat B

Earthing with GI earth pipe 2 mts long 40 mm dia medium class with ISI mark of approved brands, including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with CI/RCC cover having locking/lifting arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal or coke and salt as required as per the Earthing Drawing provided by the Enginner-in-charge. The Scope of work includes the following:a) Excavation of pit size 1.0 x 1.0 x 2.0 mtrs (min) and disposal of excavated soil. b) Class B GI Pipe, 40 mm dia Meter as per specifications.c) Charcoal/salt as per specs (paid seperately).d) Refilling the pit of size 1.0 x 1.0 x 2.0 mtrs (min) with soft black soil of minimum resistivity i/c transportation.e) Masonary chamber with proper foundation, cover plate and locking arrangement. f) Testing of earth value with earth megger and certifications of its value. Alluminium tag with emobossed earthing value to be attached to the pipe. g) watering arrangement (plumbing will be paid seperately) (a) In Soily strata.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG Dia wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supply of 3 1/2 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathered aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV garde with ISI mark conorming to IS: 1554 (Part I), IS: 7098 (Part I) with latest amendments of following size. (2) 3 1/2 core 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size exceeding 25 sq.mm but Not exceeding 120 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation in the form of a trench as per Cable Trench Drawing provided by the Engineer-Incharge sand cushioning with screened sand bed of 20mm thick, protective covering with bricks placed breadth-wise on top of cable all over the run( the brick protection shall cover the cable and project atleast 5 cms over the sides of the cable) and backfilling the excavated earth without stones or hard material and making the surface proper with 15 cm crown on the top complete as required (a) in soily strata
