General Upkeeping and sanitation work of coal workshop Premises, Coal substation ,E and M workshop, old Regional Store , VTC Coal analysis Lab, New Canteen ,CHP office and its premises for two years at Khadia Project

Item Description/ Heading

Cleaning, mopping & washing of floor of public buildings other places neatly with detergents, bleaching power etc. all complete with tools, tackles and consumable to make the floor clean & hygienic as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning, mopping and washing of floors of public buildings and allied areas using detergents, bleaching powder and other approved consumables, including collection and disposal of waste, complete with all necessary tools, tackles and equipment, and deployment of 02 labourers per shift (Total 4 Nos per day in two shifts) , as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Double deduction will be done of minimum wages on account of short deployment of manpower.

Brooming & cleaning of floors of workshop, Regional store & other places in industrial area including spreading of sand, lime ,saw dust over oily surface ,scraping ,removal and disposal of the same upto a lead of 100m all completeas per instruction of EIC.(Excluding the cost of saw dust, lime & sand).

Brooming & cleaning of all roads in colony and within the premises of service building and other places as required with all tools & tackles and stacking the garbage at specified place as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of door shutter, window shutters including chowkhats, window grills, glass panes, cobwebs etc. of service/community buildings with necessary detergents, chemical etc. complete as per instruction of EIC.

Cleaning of general/common toilet including cleaning of WC pan(Indian/European type) wash basin, urinals by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean and hygienic and providing naphthalene balls in urinals complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC

Cleaning of toilet with attached with hostel rooms, office chambers etc. including cleaning of floors, skirting & dado, WC pan(India/European type),wash basin, shelves, mirror and other fittings, if any, by hand dusting and cleaning with soap solution, acids, deodorants, phenyl etc. to make the toilet clean and hygienic and providing naphthalene balls in urinals complete with all tools, tackles & consumables as per instruction of EIC (for community & service building)

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck/sludge through trolley or other arrangement to a specified place(in no case it shall be kept on drain banks) within a lead of 1Km complete with all tools & tackles as per instruction of EIC Upto 300m wide
