Providing Sal wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick factory made laminated veneer lumber door shutter conforming to IS : 14616 and TADS 15:2001 (Part B), fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, all complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge and panelling with panels of : (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 12 mm thick plain grade -1, medium density flat pressed three layer particle board FPT I or graded wood particle board FPT- I, IS : 3087 marked, bonded with BWP type synthetic resin adhesive as per IS : 848 as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing Second class teak wood 35 mm thick glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 25 mm thick shutters for cup board etc Second class teak wood including ISI marked nickel plated bright finished M.S. piano hinges with necessary screws as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Pre-laminated flat pressed 3 layer (medium density) particle board or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, with one side decorative and other side balancing lamination Grade I, Type II exterior grade IS : 12823 marked, in shelves with screws and fittings wherever required, edges to be painted with polyurethane primer (fittings to be paid separately) as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 50x12 mm 2nd class teak wood wooden moulded beading to door and window frames with iron screws, plugs and priming coat on unexposed surface etc. complete as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing 125 mm bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as per the dierction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and heights.
