Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres (for column, equipment and transformer foundations, boundary wall etc)

Back Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of column, equipment and transformer foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete (PCC) of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering for Equipment, Structure, Cable Trenches, Transformer Bays, Rail Track and Transformer foundations etc in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 / 20 mm nominal size) inclusive of all carriages

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete (RCC) including all water charges, curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level for Equipment, Structure, Cable trench and Transformer foundations etc in 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inclusive of all carriages. This includes survey charges and template for foundation bolt settings wherever required.

Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) work in walls (Transformar Fire Protection Walls) including attached pilasters, curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement in 1 : 1½ : 3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inclusive of all carriages

Pre Cast RCC Cover for Cable Trenches including Curing but excluding the cost of reinforcement, Angle Iron in 1 : 1½ : 3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) inclusive of all carriages

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete for Equipment, Structure, Cable Trenches, Fire Protection Wall and Transformer foundations etc.

Providing and fabrication of Structural Steel of Sorts viz. flat iron, insertion plates, angle iron, cleats, grating for transformer soak pits etc

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, transformer fire protection walls, cable trenches etc. for mass concrete.

Leveling of complete 220KV / 132KV transformer bays after construction of foundations, cable trenches, drains, railway tracks, roads etc paving way for yard concreting.

Providing and spreading of graded crushed stone aggregate of size 40mm inclusive of all carriages

Providing and laying pf PVC Pipe 110mm dia, B Class (Supreme make) for control cables

Providing and laying pf PVC Long Bends 110mm dia, B Class (Supreme make) for control cables

Providing and laying pf PVC Tee 110mm dia, B Class (Supreme make) for control cables
