CEBRAZ/SEO/AEE-1/2026-27/ET 05 -dtd 24-07-2026-for availing Services of 18 Nos. of Drivers various divisions of BRAZ for a period of one year through an agency including any knowledged, addendum/ amendments(if any),the receipt of which is hereby duly acknowledged, we the undersigned, hereby submit the fully completed Bid Documents, which includes the a) EMD, b) Qualifying requirements c) Technical and Commercial details, and d) Price Bid in e-Procurement portal, for the said Materials/ Services.

We hereby agree to supply the materials in confirmity with the technical specification enumerated in the Bidding Documents, for the sum stated and quoted in the Bid or such other sums as may be ascertained in accordance We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to execute the contract with in the stipulated time with the Schedule of Prices attached herewith and made part of the Bid.

We note that the prices offered are (as per the Bid stipulation) FIRM through out the period of contract including extended period if any as per the commercial terms and conditions. We agree to keep this Bid valid for a period of 180 days from the last date of bid submission and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted at any time before expiration of that period. 1 The Bidder should be in existence as any of the following: a) Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956/2013 including any amendment thereto; b) LLP incorporated in India under the Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Act, 2008 including any amendment thereto; c) Partnership Firm under Partnership Act, 1932 in India; d) Sole Proprietorship Concern 1) Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies as per Companies Act 1956/2013 along with Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company. 2) Declaration from Directors of the Company in MBP-1 Form, stating that they are not disqualified to be a Director of the Company along with the list of Companies in which they are Directors as on the date of inviting tender (s). 3) Certification of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies as per LLP Act 2008. 4) Limited Liability Partnership Agreement of LLP. 5) Partnership Deed, GST Registration Certificate. 6) Shops & Establishment Registration Certificate, as applicable. 7) PAN/GST Registration Certificate

2 The bidder/bidder should have a valid ‘Registration certificate of Establishment’ issued by the Department of Labour, Government of Karnataka. i.e., Form ‘C’ Nature of business should be Manpower supply. 3 The bidder should have provided 14 Nos (80% of 18 Nos) of drivers service in a single contract/ work order to any Govt electrical utilities /any Boards, corporations, universities/ PSUs / any other Govt utilities for a minimum continuous period of 06 months during any one year in the preceding five years i.e FY 2021-22 , 2022-2023 ,2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 as on the last date of bid submission. The Work Award/contract award/ work entrustment order copies duly mentioning the No. of drivers provided and “Work Satisfactory Performance Certificate” duly signed by the Organization not below the rank of the Executive Engineer/ equivalent cadre.

4 The bidder should have provided drivers amounting to Rs. 32.94 lakh (50% of amount put to tender) in a single contract order in any one year to any Govt electrical utilities /any Boards, corporations, universities/ PSUs / any other Govt utilities during the preceding five years i.e FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 & 2025-26 as on the last date of bid submission. The work Award/ Order/DWA copies duly mentioning the awarded amount and “Work Satisfactory Performance Certificate” duly signed by the Organization not below the rank of the Executive Engineer/ equivalent cadre.

5 Even though the Bidders meet the above criteria, they are subject to be disqualified if they have: i) Blacklisted due to non-performance in providing services by any DISCOMs/ Public sector undertakings (PSU’s)/Govt. departments as on date of bid submission. ii) Defaulted in providing manpower services and remittance of EPF, ESI, GST etc., and other statutory deductions as per the Labour norms. Copy of the self-declaration on stamp paper of Rs.500/- shall be uploaded Both self declaration for sl No (5) & (6) can be furnished in one stamp paper

6 Any Bidder from a country, which shares a land with India, will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Bidder is registered with the Competent Authority. (As per Government Order No. FD 455 Exp-12/2020 dated 25.08.2020.) A certificate for having read the clauses is required to be submitted/uploaded by the Bidder separately in the following format. “I have read the clause regarding restrictions on procurement from a Bidder of a country, which shares a land border with India. I certify that this Bidder is not from such a country or, if from such a country, has been registered with the Competent Authority. I hereby certify that this Bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. 8 The Average Annual Financial Turnover shall not be less than the amount put to tender i.e Rs. 65.87 lakh in any two years during the previous 05 financial years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 The annual turnover certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant / Statutory Auditor Balance sheet and P & L statement of the respective years duly certified by the Chartered Accountant / Statutory Auditor

9 The liquid assets as on the date of tender before submission of the bid (cash at bank + term deposits + availability of fund based credit facility in any Nationalized / Scheduled commercial bank) shall not be less than 25% (Rs. 16.47 lakh ) of the amount put to tender duly supported by the bank statement shall be uploaded. Availability of fund based credit facility shall be supported by a certificate issued by any Nationalized / scheduled commercial bank duly indicating the sanctioned amount, amount utilized and balance available. OR The cash at Bank and term deposits with the Bank as on the date of bid submission shall be supported by the certificate issued by a Bank. Bank Balance statement shall be uploaded
