Routine Maintenance & Over Time for the above.

Carrying B-Check for following capacity Diesel Engines for Generators and Fire fighting Pumps by the OEM/Authorized Service agency periodically including all required spares/filters/engine oil etc. as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge

c) 85 bhp Diesel Engine driven Fire Pump (Kirloskar 4R1040T)

Carrying out annual preventive maintenacne like oil filteration, insulation check etc for following capacity transformers/AVR/ Regulator by OEM/authorised agency including cost of standard repalcebles/ consumbles etc. but excluding topping up of transformer oil

Periodical Servicing of Fire Alarm System once in 3 (three) months by trained Engineer and technician for all the Buildings mentioned above. The cost should include all expenses including travelling, local conveyance, lodging and boarding charges of technicians

Emergency visit by Engineer with technician for attending emergency failure for 1 (one) day. The cost should include all expenses including travelling, local conveyance, lodging and boarding charges of technicians. Cost for additional days would be needed for completing the work is extra as belows

Identification and jointing of FO cable inclduing hiring of machinery for cable fault locator, cable jointer, earth removal and repairs & replacement of required accessories.

Supply of concentrated Sodium Hypochlorite liquid (as per Indian Standards) for treatment of drinking water including transportation and unloading at pump houses as and when required.

Supply of Transformer oil (mineral) as and when required as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge
