diameter (By butt fusion welding method) including cost of conveyance from stores

to site of works including cost of labour, material, giving satisfactory hydraulic

3 Lowering, laying and jointing G. I. pipes with G. I. specials of following diameters in

proper position, grade and alignment as directed by Engineer-in-charge including

conveyance from stores to site of work, labour, giving hydraulic testing, etc.comple

by Engineer-in-charge including conveyance from stores to site of work, labour,

giving hydrulic testing etc comp.

5 Lowering, laying and jointing in position following C. I. / D/F Reflux valves, Butterfly

valves, Sluice valves and Air valves including cost of all labour, jointing material,

including nut bolts and giving satisfactory hydraulic testing, etc. complete.

6 Lowering, laying and jointing C.I. S & S Spun pipes suitable for Tyton joints / Motar

lined D.I. Pipe of Various classes with CI /MS specials of following diameters in

proper position, grande and alignment as direcred by Engineer in charge including

hydraulic testin etc. comp.

7 Excavation upto necessary depth for Tapping of any kind of Existing pipeline in

Visavadar , After Excavation making holes in pipeline, and proper arrangements of

accessories on site as per condition.including Tapping Pipe 15MM Dia. CPVC up to

6mtr Long and Fitting of long/short Collar and water testing along with tapping All

kind of Accessories like Long/Short Collar, Cement - Concrete Labour Payment,

Nut Bolt Etc. will be given separately by Visavadar Nagarpalika. No.

8 Only Labour Work of leakage rapering work in any pipeline of water supply scheme

in which Excavation of upto LWD 2.00 x 1.00 x 1.50 mt. dimension with Dewatering

process along with Refilling of site. (Necessary Pipeline Reapairs can be done by

the Municipality Plumber) All Materials needed for Repair Work will be Provided by

the Visavadar Nagarpalika. No.

9 Demolition and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (i) Cement

concrete. Cumt.

10 Excavation for pipe line trenches for water supply, sewerage line, manhole etc. all

with shoring and struting if required as per required gradient and line including

safety provisions using site rails and stacking excavated stuff including up to all

required lead cleaning the site etc. complete for all lifts and strata as specified.

10.1 Upto 1.50 mt depth

In all sorts of soil and soft murrum Cumt.

In hard murrum, boulders incl. macadam road. Cumt.

In soft rock and/or masonry in CM or L M or Lime Concrete. Cumt.

In hard rock and / or in C. C. 1:2:4 or RCC with blasting, breaking, chiseling, or by

chiseling/breaking only. Cumt.

10.2 1.50 mt to 3.00 mt depth

In all sorts of soil and soft murrum Cumt.

14 Loading and Unloading along with Trip And Operating With Tractor Trolly As per

the Instruction of Nagarpalika Including All operational Costs Such as Fuel,
