Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area exceeding 1.50 sqm but not exceeding 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position, above or below ground floors, not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description such as PCC padding, lime concrete, mud phuska etc. and any numbers of layers upto any thickness from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size coarse aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops,padding, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC Roof mixed with water proofing compound @ 150ml per bag of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note;- water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
