Charges on account of account of repairs to the 10 cusec capacity horizontal pump Kirloskar Make Unit I coupled to 60 Hp motor at Wadura Bala LIS by way of disassembling of unit at site and then dismantling at workshop. The job includes replacement of worn out M.S sleeve as per sample and providing and fitting of 02 No. ball bearing 6412 or its equivalent preferably SKF/FAG/Timkin/ARB Make with adequate greasing and thrust bearing 51312 or equivalent Make: SKF/FAG/Timkan make approved by EOI of SE Mech. Circle I&FC Deptt. Srinagar or like that, manufacturing of bearing seats, replacement of worn out oil seals and p/filling of 4L M. Oil of specific grade. The job includes charges on a/c of loading, unloading transportation to and fro and testing thereof on full load.

Charges on account of dismantling of 200mm dia sluice valve from the delivery pipe of unit II at Ashtingoo LIS and refitting of it in the 200mm dia rising main at the identified spot by means of cutting, welding, p/f of nuts, bolts and RI cloth and 2 No. flanges of 12mm thickness. The job also includes Providing/fitting of 3ft long 200mm dia, 5mm thick MS pipe to the delivery pipe of Unit II to connect it to the rising main at Y Junction by means of cutting and welding using gas cutting Tool and superior quality electrodes. b. Charges on account of fabrication, providing and fitting of overhead MS platform (5x5)sq. ft for resting 1000L plastic Priming tanker at Ashtingoo LIS fabricated out of ISA 50x50x5 channels, 5ft long 10 No. by means of cutting and welding, the job also includes p/f of ISMC 100 vertical supports 4 No. 7ft each or as per site requirement to the platform with necessary bracing/reinforcement/concreting to the structure. c. Charges on account of repairs to the foot valves of the both units at Ashtingoo LIS by means of dismantling of suction end and p/f of 200mm dia foot valve washers, and repairs to the hinge assemblies by means of cutting and welding. The job includes refitting of both foot valves to the suction end of respective units and testing thereof. All tools and tackles including gas cutting tool, gen set, Tripod etc are to be arranged by firm on its own to complete the job.

Charges on account of the repairs to the 10 cusec capacity M&P Make coupled to 60 Hp motor of Mehrajpora Dewatering Station by way of disassembling of unit at site and then dismantling at workshop. The job includes replacement of worn out M.S sleeve as per sample and providing and fitting of 02 No. double row ball bearing 3213 and 3313 or its equivalent preferably SKF/FAG/Timkin (substantially equivalent) Make with adequate greasing and manufacturing of bearing seats. The job includes charges on a/c of loading, unloading transportation to and fro and testing thereof on full load.
