Construction of RCC retaining wall with boundary wall on north side of Gomati District Hospital near Type-II staff quarter during the year 2025-2026

A.Without Dewatering. Earthwork in excavation for structure as per drawing and MoRD technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out , construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead 50 m , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materials.

Providing concrete for plain concrete (Using Jhamma brick aggregate) in open foundation complete including formwork as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clauses 802,803,900,1202 and 1203(including cemntering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement). i)PCC grade M10 (Using Jhamma brick aggregate) Nominal Mix 1:3:6.

Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clauses 305.3.9, 1200.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete including formwork as per drawings & MoRD technical specification Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 900, 1202 & 1204. (including centering, shuttering, staging etc. but excluding reinforcement). R.C.C grade M-25.upto 5 m height

Supplying, fitting & placing TMT bar / cold twisted deformed steel bar reinforcement in sub structure complete as per drawings & MoRD technical specifications Clauses 1002 , 1005,1010 & 1202

Providing & laying filter media with jhama brick aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil & bigger size towards the wall & providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clause 1204.3.8.

Providing weep holes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with100 mm dia AC pipe or uPVC pipe (110 mm OD of 6.0 kg/cm2 pressure) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MoRD technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.

Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pit. Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pit with alift upto 1.50 m , transporting to site , spreading, grading to required slope ,and compacting to meet requirement upto tables 300.10 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per MoRD technical specification clause 301.50

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (anythickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars,piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor fivelevel and reinforcement-excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing. a)1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc.and removal of form work for: a) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with shuttering ply
