Phase-I Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out ( to remove the soil mixed with pebbles, preparatort to grow the grass) complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 metres depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified & directed

Supply and spreading soil suitable to grow Korean grass incl mixing of sand as required, transporting to site and spreading evenly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Planting roots of Korean grass in the area prepared for the purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for continuous brick edging ; with width equal to the depth of the brick, laid dry, on edge with burnt clay bricks of sub class B, old size.

S & F bib taps, cast copper alloy fancy type, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for 15mm bore dia of pipe.

S & F for 15 mm bore dia of pipe, medium grade, galvanised, with all fittings, laid in trenches

Supply and Planting of following Tree/Plants having minimum height of 1.2 meter above ground level including preperation for Plant Bed incl Manuring, soil as required and watering complete all as specified and directed. (a) Arrica Palm/Bottle Brush

Phase-II Providing one nos Maali(Gardner) once in a week for 08 hours for maintenance of grass/plants including watering to plants/grass etc for a period of two years from completion of Phase-I. Note: (a) The plant/grass shall be kept alive by watering and taking care of plant up to date of completion. If plant dies during period of completion or period of maintenance, contractor has to replace the same and make all arrangements and take care so that plants/grass do not die. (b) The panel recovery of Rs 1000.00 per week shall be levied if the gardner does not attend the site of work once in a week. (c) Attendance register shall be maintained by JE and signed by gardner, JE & Engr-in-Charge. (d) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of all the provisions as catered in PS Cl No 20. No claim what so ever shall be entertained after submission of BOQ on this account.
