Taking down unserviceable old cane from chairs seat & back, cleaning of cane holes and recanning & woven with new plastic cane of superior quality i.e.1st quality of 2mm wide, 0.5 mm thick and 4 mm wide border all around & 0.05 mm thick of white colour half round in Godrej pattern complete.

Charpoy GI pipe with Nylon Newar & Charpoy GI Pipe with 12mm Plywood Top FD-220

Removing existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI pipe charpoy and Supply & Reweaving 50/55 mm wide nylon newar made of un-recycled nylon, white coloured in one piece, woven both ways using nylon newar of not less than 1.5 KG in each charpoy with 14 long bands and 34 short bands including tightening of frame & legs etc. complete.

S&F in replacement GI elbow 32 mm bore, three way, medium grade to GI Charpoy complete.

S&F in replacement 32 mm GI check nut 5 mm thick complete

S&F in replacement long rail using 32mm bore GI pipe, medium grade, of size 1980mm including threading both ends complete.

M&L for Making of short Rail of size 810 mm long for Charpoy GI Pipe from old UNSV long rails retrieved from ser No 2.04 above including cutting, threading both side suitably and fixing with existing old elbow including taking out existing short rails complete.

M&L in replacement for Making of leg of size 386mm for charpoy GI from existing unserviceable GI pipe short rail 32mm bore reterived from item No 2.05 above including cutting, threading suitably and fixing with existing elbow including providing and fixing 3mm thick MS base plate equal to outer dia of the pipe, welded at the bottom of the leg and two Nos clamps made out of flat iron 40 x 3mm thick and washer welded to bottom clamp to each legs for holding mosquito net frame set all as shown in drawing including two coat of black enamel paint over a coat of primer complete.

S&F in replacement plywood top 12 mm thick of BWR grade ISI marked confirming to IS-303 of size 1980 x 900mm as shown in drg and fixed with 08 Nos Nut & Bolts to charpoy GI Pipe with 12 mm Plywood top & charpoy IP hard top complete

S&F in replacement stiffener 25mm x 25mm x 5mm angle iron stiffner of 890 mm long (Appox) with applying two coats of synthic enamel paint over a coat of primer to stiffeners compete.

M&L in replacement of unsv cushion for seat/back with new cushion of sofa set 5 seater comprising single piece seat/ back each made of foam 40 D of size 22''x21''x100 mm/95 mm, duly covered with tapestry cloth stiched with fine standard thread and providing a chain of best quality & similar to make YKK with two runners at both ends of superior qulaity all as shown on Drg No FD/MAP-II/02 complete

Charpoy IP hard Top : S&F of following parts of bed ply top including dismantling of old unserviceable parts without disturbing the other parts made to shape and size as shown on drg. Complete. Overall size = 0.0423 cm.

Long rail made out of MS pipe 18 gauge of size 65 x 25mm x 1980mm.

Short Rail made out of MS pipe 18 gauge of size 65 x 25mm x 900mm.

Stiffner made out of MS pipe 18 gauge of size 25 x 25 x 850mm long.

M&L for spray painting one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/Black to all steel surface after preparation of old painted surface by applying sand paper and filling with putty wherever required to bed hard complete.
