Kangra (HP) (SH:- Operation, Repair & Maintenance of Complete Sewer Network of 115 km, manholes, flushing tanks and STP 5.15 MLD at Chellian For 5 years). Firm should do comply the stringient effluent standards laid down by HP pollution control board. Operation, repair and maintennace covers: Inlet chamber: 1 Nos. , Screen Channel = 2 Nos., Grit Channel = 2 Nos., By-pass channel = 1 Nos., Parshal flume = 2 Nos., Aeration Tank = 2 Nos. (comprising of MBBR), sludge recycling pumps = 3 Nos. 12.5 HP each, filtrate recirculation pump = 2 Nos., 7.5 HP each), secondary settling tank = 2 Nos., Sludge Thickner = 1 Nos., Sludge drying beds = 6 Nos., complete sludge return system. Complete recirciculation sludge system, chlorine contact tank = 1 Nos., Bleaching powder solution tank = 2 Nos., Pump house, lab building, all interconnecting path/ arrangements Complete Sewer Network 115 Km., No. of manholes 4865 Nos. Testing of sewage effluent samples from the plant on daily basis including peak hours and bringing alteration in process such as recycling of sludge, sludge withdrawal and disposal appropriately to maintain appropriate MLSS ( Mix, Liquid, Suspended, Solid) ,MLVSS (Mix, Liquid, Volatile, Suspended Solid) F/M ratio (Food to Microorganism Ratio) appropriately to ensure sewage effluent standard within Prescribed limit on specified below, frequent cleaning of screens, removal of Grit from grit channels, keeping the surrounding of plants all premises in neat and clean condition, odour free, maintaining of all electrical and mechanical equipment in running condition and to make all the defects good arising in civil structure from time to time. The sewerage treated should confirm to the below mentioned effluent parameters.
