Handling, lifting, unloading of four numbers of steam generators and accessories from trailer using heavy duty cranes in tandem operation and providing associated services, tools and tackles at Kaiga 5 and 6 site.

Lifting, handling and unloading of steam generator from multi axle tractor trailer to the designated location using two heavy duty cranes (capable of lifting 175MT and 125MT at 10m radiusand having load tested at site and certified by competent person) in tandem operation along with providing all authorized riggers, competent crane operators, qualified and experienced execution and safety supervisors, foreman, all tools and tackles (having load tested at site and certified by competent person) etc. Also, unloading and shifting of SG girders (2 nos. per SG and each weighing app 11MT) to CMM warehouse. Note: One job means unloading of 1 SG and two girders. Detailed scope as per section V.

Mobilization of cranes capable of lifting 175MT and 125MT at 10m radius by vendor to Kaiga#5&6 site along with facility to assemble both cranes at Kaiga site, all tools and tackles required for SG unloading, performing load test of assembled cranes, lifting tools & tackles at site with witness and certification by competent person as per Factories Act 1948 including shifting of loads within Kaiga site premises, all qualified and experienced workmen required for the job. Note: One job means one time mobilization with activities mentioned above and further detailed in section V.

Dis assembly of cranes mobilized by the contractor (as mentioned in SOQR-2) at Kaiga site premises using required facilities (like additional cranes/tools & tackles which are to be arranged by vendor), transporting from Kaiga site to vendors yard/factory area, providing all qualified and experienced workmen, execution and safety supervisors required for the job, and vacating the Kaiga site (all P&M, T&P, manpower etc.) Note: One job means one time de-mobilization with activities mentioned above and further detailed in section V.

Idling charges for cranes. Note: One no. means idling charge for one day with further detail as per section V.
