MAINTENANCE OF STP 300 KLD AT KATARIBAGH, NAVAL BASE KOCHI.

Providing Services of ITI/ITC qualified tradesmen(Electrician/Diesel Mechanic) for Operation and Maintenance of Sewage treatment plant 300 KLD at Kataribagh from 0600 hours to 0600 hours in 03 shifts of 8 hours each shift (one tradesman in each shift) comprising of following characteristics of Inlet raw sewage /out let treated sewage equipments/ machines and pump sets including testing and operation of valves and allied works including Saturdays/ Sundays/ holidays for operation of system as and when required and also carry out minor repairs / servicing / rectification of faults as and when required to all machines/ Equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability and maintain the ppm level both inlet raw sewage and out let treated sewage of plants and removing scaling materials, mud materials grass/surface dressing from surrounding area, complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item No 1 :- (a) Record / daily log sheet shall be maintained in log book by the operator and should be approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The operator shall be responsible for checking and maintaining the water parameters like BOD < 10mg/Ltr, COD<30mg/Ltr, P.H 6.5-8.5, Fecal Coli form Nil in MPN/100ml, required chlorine 0.5, TSS <10mg/Ltr, Nitrogen N 5 mg/Ltr,Oil grease<10gm/Ltr . (c) Daily cleaning of floor area and maintaining a good and hygienic sanitation around the installation. (d) Stationary items such as registers, log book etc should pe provided by the contractor. (e) The contractor shall be responsible for getting the STP water samples tested by an NABL approved water testing laboratory and the test result to be submitted as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, Expenditure of testing shall be measured and paid separately. (f) Non providing of operator in a day for item no 1 by the contractor shall invite penalty of Rs.5000/- per day from his due amount. (g) All operators shall be provided with uniform as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) The operator should be authorised personal of OEM/trained by OEM before employing by STP. (j) The rate of this item shall be firm for smooth functioning of minimum wages, ESIC and EPF below quoting this rate contractor shall be disqualified.

Supply only Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) COAGULANT CONTAINING APPROX 29% Al2O3 with bascity of approx 64% packed to adding in tube settler tank.

Supply only Ploy Electrolyte (Flocculent) to adding in tube settler tank.

Supply only anti foaming agent.

Supply only Sodium Hypochlorite minimum 10% concentration to adding in chlorine contact tank for chlorination.

Supply only Bioculture.

Testing of Raw/Treated sewage water sample parameter of STP through a NABL approved lab all as specified and directed.
