Description all as per Item Ser No 1.00 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exc 3.0mtr deep.

M & L sand cushioning for cable with river washed clean dry sharp sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR Part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid to the contractor.

Supply and laying old size bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' for cable protection to provide required cover complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 4.00 above but except bricks.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone) for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles without using extra cement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and erecting ( in true vertical position) steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate final taper plug, bolts nuts and screws all as specified of type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtr length) complete all as specifed in IS 2713 (part-II) 1980 including one coat or red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint to exposed surfaces and with black bituminous paint for embedded portion of pole all as specified and directed at site. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Description and matter as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 1100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning , bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: Pipe will be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fix of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 40 mm exclusive of boxes (Junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. Note : PVC pipe will be clamped at three position on pole and cost of clamp, nut, bolts etc are incl in quoted rates.

Supply and Fixing of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 25 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts saddles pipe hooks etc.

Supply and fix in repair PVC street light junction box heavy duty, with locking arrangement with single phase aluminum bus bar (Make : Sintex) including 2 Nos PVC conduit up to the height of toppest level of coping from ground level, required steel fabrication work and one MCB SP 240 V, 6 Amps complete all as directed and specified.

S&F PVC insulated single core unsheathed multi stranded cable copper conductor wire 1100 volts grade of size 2.5 sq mm 2 runs for street lights and connecting with street lights and connecting with street light & MCBs after inserting into GI pipe in position complete all as directed

S & F in replacement new street light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore suitable to fit with LED street light approx length not less than 120cm bent to shape including new clamps made of MS flat of size 40x5 mm thick including cutting, welding drilling holes, nut, bolts washers etc including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable earthing and Material & labour new earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4 mm by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor steel bars @10cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old switches and S & F of Automatic street light control with infrared sensor based NATRURE SWITCH and VOLTAGE MONITORING SYSTEM (VMS) . Three phase load of 8 KW for automatic switching of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light Lux level . Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF < 10 Lux. The sensoe should also have part night operation facility of min.4 hrs to max 12 hrs. VMS should have adjustable over & under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, Neural loss & phase reverse incl power contractors ( 3 nos of capacity 25 Amps per phase each) and incoming ( 3 nos of capacity 32 Amps each) - outgoing MCB (3 nos of capacity 32 amps each) & main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 10 Sqmm. The sensor, VSM, power contractor, MCBs incl conected items should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric sock proof termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP54. Dismantling and taking down old UNSV street light fitting and Material and labour for new LED street light fitting of 70 watt system wattage and high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover, TOP opening separate driver compartment with frame IP 66 protection suitable for pole mounting SMD led array with lense , cool white 6500 K LED efficiency>120 lm/W and system efficiency 90 lm/W, 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, CRI>70% operating voltage range 160V-300 V, power factor>0.95, working temperature range - 20 decree C to 60 degree C , built in surge protection of more than 9KV with facility of power supply shall be removed without removing light fitting from pole incl make proper connection complete including cutting, welding, drilling holes,SS nut bolts& washer complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement shock proof fire retradrant non transparent Kiosk pole box of size 310x210x120 mm made of engineering plastic on piece mounting, for out door type heavy duty, with three phase and neutral connectors suitable for connecting cable upto 95 sqmm. Suitable to house 3 nos cable with end termination joint with rail din for fixing DP MCB, incl MCB DP 6 Amp 'B' curve, fixing on steel tubular pole with the help of 02 nos clamp 20x4 mm including nuts, bolts washer etc and duly painted both side with two coats of synthetic enemel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (i) Supply and fixing MCCB 100 Amps, 16 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (incoming) - 01 No

(ii) Supply and fixing MCCB 63 Amps, 16 KA 4 pole 415 Volts AC, Complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge (Outgoing) - 01 No

(iii) Supply and fixing connected with MCCB 4 pole over voltage relay 230 V AC, U>275 V AC, 3 Phase in 1 module suitable for 3 Ph+N complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - 01 No

(iv) RYB indication LED type 22.5 mm dia, 230 volts protected with MCB SP 2 Amp showing 3 phase supply - 03 Nos.

Notes for item Sr No. 48.00 to 52.00 (i) The quoted rate shall include minor items such as lugs, nuts & bolts, washers, top insulators, sleeves, provision of extra holes in bus bar etc. (ii) All internal wiring shall be done with suitable size of PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cable conforming to IS-694. (iii) Panel drawing shall be got approved before placing of order from Engr-in-Charge/GE. (iv) The bus connection for cable from main bus bar to outgoing MCCB will be connected through suitable rating bus bar strip type duly insulated. (v) Cable will be entered in panles through gland. (vi ) Cost of marking description and matter on the front door as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge is incl in quoted rate. (vii) The MCCBs incorporated in these items should be adjustable type in both thermal and short circuit.

Cleaning surfaces of PCC/steel tubular poles 9 mtr long including removing old paint particles and applying one coat of cement based paint on PCC pole and aluminium paint on steel tubular pole any tint on complete pole surface and one coat of cement base paint on PCC block including one coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc and providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints on PCC pole incl repairing damaged coping and cement base paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall includes marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall deemed to be included the repairing of coping with cement / PCC.

Note :- Amount of credit of Rs. 2,15,620.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
