Demolition of exisiting damaged stone/Brick/ Concrete Block masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for random rubble stone masonary , uncoursed well bounded, bedded and soilidly hearted in cement mortar (1:4) completed all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping benching and surface channel finished fair and even incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for raking out joints in cement mortar to random rubble or uncoursed or brought up to course stone masonry wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble, uncoursed masonry in CM 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Taking down barbed wire fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome rajor blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire 600mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barberd with 2 mm dia bar at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standerd rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossig with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed each line of wire to be measured.

S&F Mild steel work as in framed work such as grills, gratings, fencing, railing, tank staging etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-410, Gde E-165 Quality-B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paint over and incl a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on RR stone/brick masonry walls,including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1 : 4 on any faces of stone masonry or concrete block surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coasts of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge

M&L for one coat of cement base paint on old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces by brooming or by steel wire brushing, complete all as specified.

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness including below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning under precast concrete interlocking paver blocks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying of floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for pre- polished granite slab of any tint as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge 20 mm thick including necessary notching, chamfering the edges over cement screed bed including Cutting, Grinding and Mirror polishing(Granite finish) with suitable grinding stones incl demolition of old stone slab complete all asspecified and as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete-coloured Chequered tiles 30cmx30cmx25 mm thick, rubber molded having matte finish, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including cutting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with Gery cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality-A, complete all as specified and directed.
