Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick work or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 8mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with approved water proofing compound over backing coat of 12mm thick in CM 1:6, incl finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed. (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick, in cement mortar 1:6, including finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on internal faces of wall all as specified and as directed

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling/ chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation new plastered external wall surfaces and apply one coat of primer over 2mm thick exterior cement putty and allowed to dry overnight before applying first coat of acrylic exterior emulsion(anti fungal paint) complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for application of second coat of acrylic exterior emulsion paint (anti fungal paint) ( Asian paint apex ultima protek or equivalent of Berger /Nerolac ) over first coat on wall surface using spray application or mechanical means, to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down unserviceable ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep, cutting out the existing burnt out fan motor winding, cleaning the motor slots, rewinding the motor with insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge, baking / heating up the motor to achieve the proper insulation resistance and re-hanging / refixing after repair including applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint (Glossy Finish) with spray gun, marking MES No complete all as specified.

Supply & fix in repairs heavy duty exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V ,PVC moulded, square type 250mm sweep complete all as specified Make: Havells Cat.No. Ventil Air-DX white or equivalent of /CG/Usha . Note:- Old exhaust fans will be deposited in MES store yard

M & L Taking down 450/350/300mm sweep exhaust fan, preparing the surfaces of exhaust fan by cleaning and filling the cavities with filler and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Glossy finish) with spray gun, marking the MES No, fixing the fan in its original location, connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rosse to connector to fan complete all as specified.

Taking down old sub main wiring of any size complete all as specified.

M/L submain wiring with 2 single core 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit concealed wiring inculding necessary PVC conduit specials including chases cutting complete exceapt beam and RCC roof and one run of 6 Sqmm PVC insulated unshearthed single core 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connceting with suitable size thimble complete all as specified and as directed. Note: two run of 6 sqmm size PVC cable , one run of 6 Sqmm size PVC cable as earth wire and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length complete all as specified.

All as per item No 137 but 2 single core 10 Sqmm cable with one run 10 Sqmm earth wire complete all as specified.

Material and labour earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level surrounted from all side by 15 cm of thick and packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt ,filling alternate layers and electorde connected by using galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm (max -length of 7.5 mtrs )by means of bolts,nut and washer of GI and providing GI light grade pipe 40 mm dia as prrotection pipe for GI wire connected main controll board / test point and provided with GI pipe of light grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mesh PCC chamber of 1;3;6 type C1 ,and RCC cover of 1;2;4 type B1 including necessary earth work in any type of soil /strata disposal of soil all as directed and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR part -1 including testing on completion .

Supply and fixing building security light made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs with option of secondary optic with IP 66 protection of 25 Watt Crompton Cat Part No. Crompton Cat Part No. LSTS-25-CDL/NL-M or eqivalant make as approved including suitable GI bracket of 25 mm dia and fixing arrangement on walls all as specified and directed including taking down of existing light fitting of any type and make.

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point.

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers all as specified Note:- thickness after punning will be measuredand paid

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts/Wall of size 3.5 core 50 Sqmm all as specified and directed :

Taking down old earthing any size all as specified & directed.
