RequiredLicense No (issued by the Office of Regional Labour Commissioner of Hyderabad District towards supply of Manpower above 50 employees for a single client from PSU/Govt Department in Hyderabad District.
RequiredFirm Registration obtained under Labour Shops and Establishment for Hyderabad District should be enclosed.
RequiredEPF Registration Number and the address of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner should be indicated and a copy of registration certificate should be enclosed.

RequiredProof of Latest (6) months EPF Challan and ECR/Payment confirmation receipts (for above 50 employees) (for the year 2022) shall be enclosed.
RequiredProof of Latest (6) months ESI Challan receipts (for above 50 employees) (for the year 2022) shall be enclosed.
RequiredAn Undertaking that the Contractor/Manpower Supplying Consultancy/Agency has not been blacklisted by any Government Department/PSU/Autonomous bodies, as on date of submission of the bid should be enclosed.
RequiredProof of IT returns and Audited Financial Statements for the previous (3) Financial Years.
RequiredISO Certificate by the Competent Authority.
RequiredLatest proof of Tax payment in respect of employees.
RequiredAn amount of Rs 5900/- to be paid through Demand Draft from any scheduled bank/nationalized bank at the time of filing the application online in favour of EXECUTIVE TGIIC IALA DANDUMALKAPUR and proof to be enclosed, towards NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE. (Rs.346.52/- Fee + 18% GST as applicable).Hard copy to be submitted next day of filing the application to this office.
