M&L for repairs to CP / Brass bib taps / pillar taps / stop cock / angle valves / concealed stop cock / wall mixer / basin mixer including refixing and replacement of CP face along with removal of airlock / blockage in pipeline to ensure proper flow of water etc all as including making good the existing surface etc to stop the leakage ang making the same functional, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to bib taps / pillar taps / stop cock / angle valves / concealed stop cock / wall mixer / basin mixer of any description for stopping leakage of water by replacement of brass spindle heavy quality and washer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm size Angle cock, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head, concealed type, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm size bib cock cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Plumber cat no. EC-0202 or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'B' to PS.

S& F in repairs brass chromium plated shower rose 75 mm size with arms 15 mm inlet complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm size pillar taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly nut, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair white vitreous china wash hand basin of size 580 x 440 mm, fixed over & including MS brackets comprising of the following items :- (a) Waste fitting 32 mm dia brass chromium plated with long screwed shanks and fly nut, flange end, bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed complete all as specified and directed. (b) PVC waste pipe 32 mm dia 750 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 10 Litre capacity PVC syphonic action type flushing cistern low level with inlet ball valve, float, handle & flush pipe, fixed in position and connecting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs stainless steel sink, 1.00 mm thick for kitchen, with plug, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar on to draft wall or including fixing cantilever brackets, connecting union to pipe etc, overall size 495 mm x 420 mm, with bowl size 405 mm x 355 mm x 178 mm, including waste assembly, PVC flexible waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel sink with draining board for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, washers, waste pipe including bedding in cement mortar on to draft wall or including fixing cantilever brackets, connecting union to pipe etc, overall size 915 mm x 460 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm complete including waste coupling, waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.
